    **Failure to Provide Basic Amenities and Services**- Essential amenities were missing or non-functional: - No iron was available, despite being advertised; one was only provided after three days and following a complaint. - Only one small pillow and towel were supplied, with an undisclosed surcharge of $30 for additional linens. - Basic necessities such as garbage bags, soap, and toilet paper were absent. - The television was defective and unusable, even after attempted repairs. - Internet access was non-existent or unusable due to an unstable and extremely slow connection, making it impossible to make calls or stream video. - The bedside lamp was dangerously faulty, shutting off when touched and presenting an electrical hazard. - The air conditioner was so loud that it made sleep impossible. - The bathroom was unclean, with a persistent foul odor, black stains in the tub, and loose handles. - The power breaker failed repeatedly, leaving all devices uncharged and forcing me to recharge in my vehicle.**Safety and Security Hazards**- The buildings entrance was left open and unsupervised, exposing guests to significant security risks.- The apartments door handle detached during use, further compromising guest safety.**Hosts Failure to Fulfill Check-in and Communication Obligations**- The check-in process was disorganized, with incorrect instructions and no support for a smooth arrival.- The host requested access to the apartment during my stay, which is an unacceptable breach of privacy and security, especially given the above violations.**Breach of Airbnbs Guest Refund and Quality Standards**
