1 starOur neighbor's hired Premier Roofing to replace their roof and gutters. The Premier Roofing crew was unprofessional and sloppy. In the course of their work they damaged our REMOVEDcondensing unit, as well, as used our front garden retaining wall as their break, lunch, and staging error. They left their lunch trash in our front flower beds. We're still finding roofing nails in our lane. One of their sales people knowingly ignored our no soliciting sign to offer us a free roof inspection. No one from Premier Roofing's office has returned my call to discuss the matter. The only conversation has been with the young salesman who returned the next day to inform us that Premier Roofing will take care of all charges. Thankfully, all of the damage and interactions with the salesperson stating he knew he ignored our no soliciting sign and promise for re-imbursement were captured on our home's cameras. Thankfully no internal damage was caused to the REMOVEDunit. The external damage cannot easily be fixed. Our kind neighbors are mortified and have tried to write checks to cover the damage. We have refused expecting reimbursement at a minimum for the HVREMOVEDservice call. Letter sent 8/17 via certified mail to Premier Roofing with request for payment due upon receipt. We'll see how long it takes them to reimburse us for their carelessness.

1 starThey lied about how compensation would work, artificially delayed payouts, and stole my commissions. I was told REMOVEDmake about $2k per roof average. I averaged less than $1100 per roof, while putting 50k miles on my vehicle in a year. Theyre scum, and I question the credibility of the BBB due to them having an A+ rating.Premier Roofing Company

2 starsWould not trust this company. They will give you a quote and then charge you more for work that was not done and going against their quote. Communication was terrible. Every crew member was blaming the other. This is not a trustworthy company. They are not honest and highly would not recommend this companyPremier Roofing Company

2 starsMy experience with Premier Roofing Company was frustrating and disappointing. The original roof work was poorly done, and while they did send a crew to correct the issues, the repairs were still not up to standard. The local representative was dismissive, unprofessional, and repeatedly disregarded my explicit request that all communication go through my husband a clear lack of respect for personal boundaries.Corporate representatives were more professional and did attempt to address the concerns, but the overall experience reflected poor craftsmanship, poor local customer service, and an unwillingness to follow through properly. 5 starsFollowing an unexpected hailstorm, REMOVEDcontacted us in person and discussed the services we needed and that Premier would perform. We were delighted to find out Premier would not only replace the roof, they would arrange for gutter replacement, paint, and window repairs. We did not have to do anything. More importantly, REMOVEDworked directly with our insurance adjuster and only collected the funds after the insurance company paid us. 5 starsI used these guys for my 93yo mother's hail damaged roof. They did an excellent job from start to finish. We had the pleasure of working with REMOVED. He was amazing and went above and beyond for us. He was very helpful and patient and did everything he had promised. The job was done in 1 day and overall we were very pleased.
