      A rep from this company came to my house with no sort of work truck, tools...anything really and offered to do a roof inspection. They did and tried to tell me how to file an ins claim etc (Which seems like insurance fraud to me) with my insurance because they found some damage up there (I am not completely convinced he didn't do this himself) He left a card and I did not plan to follow up because the whole thing seemed like a scam. A week later "*****" shows up at my place of work trying to get me to call my insurance. He started saying stuff about my insurance that I never told him. Red flag number 1. He then started saying he came to my place of work to try and talk to me. How did he even find where i work? I work in a completely different town than where he did the roof inspection. Red flag number 2. then he has the audacity to say things about my children. My children were not at the house when he did the inspection. How the h*** does this dude know about my children??? HUGE red flag number 2. This company is a joke and this is borderline harassment and seems like a scam. Stay far away from these people because trust me they will not leave you alone if they see a chance to commit what seems like insurance fraud. This guy is going above and beyond to find out my and my families personal info and that is unacceptable.

      Spents hours cleaning up after their service.Pieces of waste were left on my property for weeks after multiple calls.People supposedly sent out to clean and never picked up a sheet of drywall left in yard.Repeatedly failed to return calls to insurance against attempting to finalize claim adding much unnecessary time to claim.Made a big deal of an offer to reduce final invoice by roughly 1% due to repeated issues, mess and what was referred to as "the worst condition ever seen" by a representative of this company.After refusing to sign release not to leave bad review, was threatened that company was going to come after the roughly 1% reduced invoice.DI NOT USE!!!!!!

      I am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I have received. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, I have not received any response or call backs. Furthermore, I am appalled to discover that I am being invoiced for a service that has not been adequately completed, both in terms of my personal payment and the involvement of my insurance.

      To Whom It may ******* (preferably the CEO)I had Premier Roofing repair my roof that was **** damaged. The people I dealt with need to be recognized. Starting with my first contact and listing them by name and position they are: *******************************, Sales rep/Inspector; ******************************* Super; *************************, Project manager; ******* Roofing crew. Each of these individuals, and the repair crew, all exhibited the following qualities: Affability, courteousness, professionalism, extreme knowledge, customer concern, listening, and desire to insure my satisfaction and do what was required to efficiently, and in a timely manner, effect repairs. This is the first time I have had to have this type of work performed, and had no idea of what was involved. However, any angst I may have had was put to rest when interacting with any of the aforementioned personnel. It was my pleasure to deal with each of these people in a manner that resulted in complete trust and confidence throughout the entire process. You have some of the best I have ever encountered working for you. The owner of Perdomom Roofing, and his crew were exceptionally outgoing, and very easy to deal with, and this applies to all those involved in this repair. I would add that after interacting with ************** did not hesitate to tell him Premier Roofing was who I wanted to do the work. Thank you for all these great people; you have a Premier group on your staff!! Should I have a future need for roofing repair Premier Roofing will be my first, and only phone call!!*********************** ****************, **

      This is still an ongoing issue. Premier came to me June of last year and insisted on doing ******* because of storms that had come through. While they were inspecting the roof they also said they could fix some vinyl siding damage that had happened in the same storm as well as replace some screens that had been damaged. All of this was written up in the agreement and priced out to my insurance. That was in June of 2023. It is now January of **** and they have not come to fix my vinyl siding or my screens and they are asking for their money as if they are done. On top of that when I reached out to them about it they are acting like it was something that was always a maybe and not something drawn up in the contract.

      Premier did our roof in 2022. Later, we discovered that they did not reconnect our ***********, and in fact, parts of the sun tunnels had been broken. I called four times over the course of two months to get them to fix this. ***** took the messages and said someone would call us back--no one ever called back. Very frustrating. Do not use these people if you have sky lights or ***********. We now have to hire some one else to fix this problem at added expense.

      I was lied by them the Representative ****** Hongsemeir-****** took advantage of the fact that my English is not good enough and took all the money that the Insurance company paid for ******* replacement, Gutters and Fascia and they did a low quality roof replacement and took all the money.

      This company has no accountability. There were several glitches in communication during the process of installing the roof. 1. They blocked my sidewalk to get into the house the night prior to roof installation even though they had stated that only the driveway would be blocked in the morning.2. They messed the siding on my chimney and took several weeks to come back.3. They left shingles on my newly installed paver patio that baked in with the sun. 4. I paid my bill in full and have not received a warranty. Instead I get an invoice.5. There is no answer no matter what time you call.6. The sales representative says things will be taken care of, but nothing is done.7. I wonder if anything will be done if the craftsmanship of the roof replacement needs to be addressed.This is not my idea of good company practices.
