Last summer endeavor exteriors reached out to me about getting a new roof and siding because of a recent hail storm on my home. At first they were great by answering all my questions etc but as time went on, they became very difficult to get ahold of. Leaving me in the dark after I paid them 10k to get started. I needed additional information for my HOA and they failed to give it to me and were being very unprofessional my home insurance company, the insurance company refused to talk to them. They were projected to replace my roof and siding. After months of trying to get ahold of them we agreed it time to move on and get my refund, they did not do any work to my home. I did not feel comfortable giving them thousand of dollars if they were not responding to me.They had sent a sample of the siding to a company to get evaluated to get more money from the insurance company and I did not agree or was aware of any fee associated with that. January 4th I received a bill through email for a siding evaluation. I never agreed to pay this or was aware of this fee. The bill was for 127 dollars . I did not pay this fee as of today. Business is unresponsive and when called, I always get the same answers of how no one knows whats going on and the person who I need to speak to is out the offices.I do not believe I am responsible for this bill, and I never even received the results or know what third party company they sent the siding too.
