I went to this place to eat I'm pretty sick since covid. I ordered 4 hand held breakfast burritos bean cheese potatoes. I got a bean burrito smothered and a burrito with egg. I had to come around the guy charged me for 2 more burritos after fixing the order which He didn't. My family ate the burritos and got sick off of them. I called to get my money back one $16.29 and the other $20.11 they refused to give me my money back after not having a manager there they told me **** the next day. I called today 8/2/22 asked to speak to a manager the only one they had was a Spanish speaking manager who refused to tell me His name then I heard them speak Spanish and say I was a idiot and they said they won't do anything to help me. When the translator was on the phone He was laughing and not taking my call serious. The Spanish speaking manager didn't even offer to make the food over but I won't take that either. All I want is my money back that's all I am a Carmelite Nun helping in this area I learned Spanish from my Sister's in the Monastery I just can't speak it back good. I'm not a complainer but this was ridiculous and too much I just want my money back. Thank You for Your time and Help in this matter.
