I have been a member of their maintenance program for years and until the last year I had no complaints or issues. Since I moved to a new address, I have had nothing but problems with ****. They are not in time, change appointments without communicating, don't complete the work on one visit, have to come back and they never ask for a review anymore. They used to always ask for reviews which tells me they no longer care about how customers feel about them. I'm likely going to cancel my membership as the savings is not worth the headache.Review from Christopher A

****************** from Swan plumbing, heating and air came to our house for a diagnostic test. Our air conditioner was working great (just making a funny noise). After taking a few measurements and taking a few pictures he came to us (my mom and myself, two women) and said that it was going to cost $1200 to clean the unit (with our own hose), have one part replaced and add a part to make the unit last longer. We got a second opinion from a professional and he said that none of the things ***** wanted to do (other than clean the unit) made sense with the numbers from his diagnostic report. Not only that but before ***** left he was trying to pressure us into getting these things done (that didn't even need to be done) by saying that if we didn't get the job done today that they wouldn't be able to come back for another 4-5 weeks. He also said that he recommends turning off the unit until we get it fixed or the problem will get worse (keep in mind it is working fine and it is in the middle of the summer). We called his manage to let him know about our experience and he said he would look into it... we never heard back. There was no apology or compensation for ***** trying to take advantage of us for $1200.Swan Plumbing, Heating & Air Response

It is with pleasure that I write this review concerning the Swan technician, *************************. Because of an unfortunate experience with a different company, I had many questions to ask ****** before he started in order to ensure that I would be receiving the service for which we were paying. With great patience, a very respectful attitude, and a wealth of knowledge, he answered each question in detail and explained the work he would be performing on our furnace. Throughout the process he showed pictures of what he was seeing and let us know what was done. Due to his efficiency and skill, we were more than pleased to find the furnace operating at a much better level than before. If ************************* is representative of the companys standard of service, then we certainly recommend Swan Plumbing and Heating to others.Swan Plumbing, Heating & Air Response

Their repair services are good and usually timely. If you are club member which provides routine tune **** it's another story. After routine cancellations at the last minute (with today's text cancelling tomorrow's heating tune up in January being the final straw) I decided to cancel my membership. It's not worth the $20/month to have a tune up on my furnace in mid January and my AC in mid summer. And every time they cancel, it pushes your next annual tune up back. So I started with my heating tune up in October but because they kept canceling, it would now be in mid-January. What's the use? And today I receive a text and email early in the morning confirming my appointment for tomorrow. Then I get a call indicating that an opening had come up for today. I had a previous appointment and could not reschedule. I confirmed that I wanted to keep tomorrow's appointment and ******* acknowledged and hung up. Minutes later I get another text canceling tomorrow's appointment due to "unforeseen circumstance" and could I call to reschedule. I do so and get the same rep. I asked why she couldn't have told me that my appointment was going to be cancelled and her reply was back to back emergencies just came up. They rescheduled me to next week but after some thought and looking at other reviews with the same issues, I decided to cancel. I called back and got the same rep again. She didn't even ask why. Just cancelled it and hung up. They don't care. If you have big repairs, they will likely be there timely. If you are club member your routine maintenance and prevention of costly repairs (a major selling point of the club) will never be a priority.Review from Marcy C

August 2022 installed heating, cooling humidifying system. November 2023 humidifier not working. I called on or about 11/29/2023 and couldnt get an appointment for a month even though Ive been paying into the club for 15 months. Took the day off of work for the visit (Im a physician so great inconvenience to my patients). That morning, 12/26/2023, was informed that appointment was canceled. Rescheduled for 12/29/2023 and again had to reschedule patients. Appointment window was 2-5pm. Its now 7:20pm and Im still waiting. Will need to reschedule and again inconvenience patients. Tried to call but office closes at 5.Review from Jason M

**** installed my furnace and air conditioning, the very first time I tried to start my furnace no matter what I tried to do it would turn on my air conditioning even though it was 30 out the settings on my thermostat were fine it's very clearly a install issue. They had already made a mistake on install the begin with and had to fix it, but very clearly they did not fix it totally. I'm a part of their paid membership, which guarantees professional emergency treatment, and they failed to even call me back. I called them multiple times in one day, 8:00 in the morning noon and 4:00 p.m. and I could not even get a call back from their manager to find out what was going on. It's 30 out and we can't even turn on the furnace because the air conditioner goes on instead. This is very clearly an install problem on their part and yet I can't even get a simple call back. This is clearly substandard installation, customer **********************, management.Review from Rhonda L

On Jan 17, 23 I had a furnace and whole house fan installed. Immediately I knew the furnace was not working correctly. I turn my furnace down to 60 at night and during the day. In the morning I would turn the heat up to 67. Ninety minutes later it was not at *****. I would come home from work and turn the temperature up and 3 hours later, and it had run non stop, it still was not at ***** degrees. Over 6 times **** was at my house and I kept being told it was working great. I was told not to turn my heat below 67. I refused to sign off on the inspection. At this point I was very upset and demanded to speak with the regional supervisor. A tech came out and decided that the settings were not correct. This was finally fixed and I was a satisfied customer. Then summer finally hit. I had a whole house fan in this house for 10 years, loved it and had absolutely no complaints as to how it worked. In July I tried to use the new fan and it circulated absolutely no air. On July 11 I called Swan with my complaints. Over the next several weeks multiple techs came out and decided that it was not working correctly and offered to replace the fan or refund my money. I truly wanted to trust this company so I let them replace the fan. Several weeks later I had another appointment to replace the fan. This one worked about 10% better and I was told I needed to put new vents in my attic. My old fan worked great with the current vents. I called an electrician and he confirmed that this fan is not working. So on Aug 22 I requested a full refund. On Sep 8 an appt was made to remove the fan and hand deliver my refund. The tech showed up with a refund check of $200. I paid $2019 for the fan. I gave him the check back asked him to leave. I called and spoke with the regional manager. I explained I had lost all confidence and patience with **** and wanted a refund. He came out on Sept 13 and agreed that the fan was not circulating any air and would process the refund. Still waiting.Review from Gene R
