    Gave me an eviction on my record years after i moved out and are charging me 5k in fees. Never received any documentation or notices.

    No stars at all for the rating, one was only clicked to leave the review. Company is unprofessional and unorganized. Communication is little to none; they dont have a phone line or a phone number and all communication has been through email. My heat has been broken for a few days now (were in Oct of 2023, living in PA) and I STILL havent had a response. Not to mention all the other issues with this place from the prior company that they havent addressed (cracked and bowing floors, unsealed walls to where I can see the vents, leaking roof, etc). They bought my rental from another company last minute, raising my rent and giving me less than a 2 weeks notice to stay or move. If youre uneducated enough to rent form this greedy, money-loving company, just be aware you will never meet a single worker in person, so good luck with any issues! Can anyone say its a ******************* any louder?

    This customer is attempting to file a review for the incorrect property management company.   We are Avenue Property Management, and we only have rental properties in ******** and ********.  We have never managed any rental properties in **, where this renter is living.  We would strongly advise the customer to make sure they have the correct company when leaving a review, either negative or positive.

    ****** was awesome! Literally just walked up hoping to talk to someone in the office and she was so accommodating and even gave me a tour of the same type of unit I was looking for on the spot!
