      ***** came to my townhome to provide an estimate for a radon mitigation system. I have a crawlspace with water heater, sump pump and furnace. He looked at the crawlspace and discussed areas that may be a bit tricky to properly seal. ***** assured me the technicians could complete the job without problem. He also provided me some additional options for the type of venting pipe and location for the pipe. I liked that they were able to vent out through my garage attic roof and tie into the electrical system that powers my garage door. This keeps the fan from view and allows me to see the fan monitor from my garage rather than going back to the crawlspace. I also like the fact that they use 12 RadonAway gas matting rather than perforated piping and the vapor barrier is 6 mls thick. I felt the quality materials and attention to detailed questions I asked made me feel comfortable paying a slightly higher job cost. ******, ***** and **** came out at the specified time and worked all day from approximately 9 am to 7:00 pm. They were respectful of keeping my home clean and friendly. ****** had to come out for a second day to complete the fan installation in the garage attic and roof. He spray painted the pipe that extends from the garage roof black so it blends in with the roof and any other pipes. The casual observer would never know there is a radon system in place!I paid extra for the certified radon report and ****** set up the device for a delayed start in order to clear the house of any existing radon. He will come back to pick up the device after the 48 hour testing period and I will be sent a certified report. I recommend CO Radon. They were timely and professional.
