    The customer service from this ********************** is absolutely horrible. We had a radon system installed on July 31, 2025. They installed the system in our pit for the sump pump. After the installers left, our sump pump would not work and empty out the water. Our pit was filling up and we were worried that our basement would flood. When we called the company about this, the installer said we must need a new sump pump even though it worked fine before they were here. I left messages for ***, our salesman to call me and he never did. Finally my husband got a hold of someone the next day and they finally came out to check out the problem. Quess what? Our sump pump did not need to be replaced but the installers had the float stuck under the system. It was repaired. We were left a second test to do after the system was installed. We never received the results of the second test. I called the company and was told that *** would get back to me. Quess what? It has now been over a week and no word from *** about our second test.
