Hi, I have noticed two repeating charges from my bank account from ********************** that I want to cancel immediately. These are repeating charges of $29.97 and $19.98 and being withdrawn via electronic check and have been going on for years.The last electronic check for $29.97 was processed on April 9, 2024 with check #******. These are withdrawn quarterly and go back to January 2021 for a total of $419.58 The last electronic check for $19.98 was processed on March 14, 2024 with check #******. These are withdrawn every other month and go back to September 2020 for a total $459.54 There is no service or product associated with these charges and I want them stopped immediately AND a refund to be issued for past charges which total $879.12.Business Response

My Aunt has dementia and has been having her account debited for $9.99 per month since at least march if 2023. When I called the number on the electronic it came back to this company. I dont know what the initial offering was but the website I found was about veterinarians from ********. I am not recognizing charges on my grandmother's account. I thought they were for publishers clearing house but she hasn't purchased for several months. Diversified Marketing Group ************* has been drafting $19.98 from the checking account of **************************. ************ has been in the nursing home for months and did not authorize these transactions. I am ******* Pack, **************** niece and POA and have not authorized any transactions on his behalf. We have no idea how this company obtained **************** checking information to process these unauthorized bank drafts. On the bank statement there are only numbers: no name. no phone number. The bank found the name of Diversified through the internet. Please help us get his money refunded. And Please stop these people...... I am *****************************, co signature on my Dads checking account, his name is *****************************. On 10/19/2023 I noticed $29.97 was taken out of his account via a bank check made out to AD218-454-5040. He was not aware of what this was so I did some checking and called the phone number and it was for Diversified Marketing Group. I then checked with you and saw all the complaints filed with the same details. Then went back as far as I could on line to.view his statements and every 3 months back as far as the on line statements go which was 1/14/2022. I have tried calling this company and sending them a message through their web site and they have not responded. We want this withdrawal to stop immediately and his money returned to him. He has memory issues and has been taken advantage of. He is not receiving any product like a subscription or anything for this money. We have received an email a couple weeks ago stating they will reimburse my father $299 and cancel the subscription he has never received immediately. We have not received a check from them as of this day. We will consider the case closed unless we never receive a check then we will reopen it. I returned from the bank today and was finally able to determine that this company is STEALING from my checking account via draft check in the amount of $29.97 quarterly. There are no goods or services received so this company is conducting fraudulent activity. I would like a full audit of my account as well as full refund. The draft checks are always payable to "P218-454-5040 (**********). I have scoured the internet for months trying to determine the source to no avail until today. I do not want anything to do with this company! They prey upon the elderly which makes them even more deplorable. Any assistance you can lend would be greatly appreciated. I just discovered that a company that goes by the name Diversified Marketing Group has been automatically taking $29.97 every 3 three month from my checking account without my approval. This has been going on since at least 3/13/22, and possibly longer. This was never authorized by me. I have tried dozen times to reach the company directly with no luck. They never answer the phone and do not return messages. I would like them to research how long this has been going on and to fully reimburse me for charges they have made against my checking account. My checking history only goes back 24 months and in that time I found 8 occurrences of this charge happening every 3 months. There may be more, but I don't have the ability to look back any farther than January of 2022. I would like a full refund and for them to stop stealing from me.Business Response

This business obviously takes advance of senior citizens. There is zero evidence what this "service" provided my mother, and after her passing in June, I've discovered the deducted $29.97 from her account 7 times from Nov 2021 - 2023, for a total of $209.79, and, even though she has passed away and her accounts are frozen, they are still trying to deduct another $29.97 via a mysterious ECHECK that only lists their phone number. I need them to stop this asap and they should refund all accounts whom they are defrauding like this. This is insane and horrifying. It's obvious by the complaints on this page that is is standard behavior from this company and imagine how many senior citizens this is happening to who do not have someone to advocate on their behalf.
