      My company BareBones Bartending in ******* moved its location more than 3 years ago, and Mapquest has not updated to the correct location despite multiple requests.I have contacted Mapquest several times using their "report a problem" function and no one has responded to me or corrected the error.The old location is now a construction site and is dangerous for clients to arrive at, yet mapquest will not make the change.The INCORRECT listing states my business at ****************** (this address doesn't exist)The CORRECT listing should be BareBones Bartending ************************************************************** I would like this correction made.

      My personal name and professional title is being presented as a business name with LLC appended to the end. The phone and url belong to a business of mine, however the name is different. The address is in a city and state where the phone number and url have no business and no customers.Failing to delete this listing: ********************** is sending their own customers/users to an address that has no services to offer, a phone number where they can't get help, and a url that does not apply to them.Screen print is attached.

      I am rejecting this response because: They have made numerous claims over the past two years. Always a form letter and some verbiage along the lines of " we are experiencing high demand..."Then the gost out.

      Another empty promise without follow through is not acceptable.

      MapQuest promised to remove the link and then simply did not remove the link.

      Your response back today stating MapQuest removed the link.... you did not even look online before making that statement. All I had to do was enter the link and verify your statement is false.

      Just like all my other requests through, your website, nothing changed.

      I have uploaded a screen print of the link appearing today alongside today's headline from the ******************* Also uploaded full screen shot of MapQuest, today 5/15) showing current ads that are running today.

      A ****** search shows multiple wrong listings. I have only one location. They have 4 different listings.

      Looks like they did delete a listing, but not the listing in this dispute. The listing in this dispute remains active. Not just a link in ****** search, you can enter the link directly into the browser and get right to the page/link that needs to be deleted.

      All of these attached in this update need to be deleted.

      Name Address Phone (NAP) consistency is important. These variations are damaging to the *** efforts of LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES. Why is NAP important for Local ***? Having correct NAP for all your listings across the internet is crucial for local ***. ****** scans all these listings when searching for information about your business. The data is stored and used when determining ranking.

      It is better to have no listings with MapQuest than to have wrong listings. Please just delete it all and forget you ever knew me.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      It is still wrong. I try and I try, and you keep telling me you will change. But you don't.  My personal name is still listed as a business. Please see screen prints from today's search. 

      Please remove any reference to my personal name.

      Please remove my business phone number, and url, from any listings.

      Please stop trying to correct the listing... just delete it and don't try to list it again. This breakup needs to be permanent. I don't have time to keep fixing you when you breakdown at every turn. You need to seek professional help (an experienced programmer perhaps), however, from all this chaos, it is clear that we are not a good fit for each other. Please pack up your listings about me and leave them in the dumpster on your way out.

      MapQuest is not responding to my requests to remove my personal cell phone number from a business listing. The cell phone number is not for that business, and I continue to receive spam calls and texts that are clearly meant for the business.This is the listing: ************************************************************************************ I initially submitted a request to have my cell number removed on 11/2/24. Beyond a cookie cutter reply saying they were very busy and would take a long time to get back to me, I have heard nothing. I followed up with the support reply on 3/29/23 and again today. No responses since. I also tried to call the business number for MapQuest on this BBB listing (phone number:**************). I selected option 1 and then 2 to speak with someone about the business listing issue, and I was repeatedly sent to a person who answered "Hello" and then nothing else. Same thing happened multiple times. Seems like it was a pre-recorded message to "pretend" they were answering but basically the phone routing was a dead end. Ridiculous.

      My business named Mr. ***** man ****** was permanently closed June 2018 I've been trying to get it removed from Map quest for years. I requested it be removed multiple times on their website and it never processed.

      I own the business BF Power Vac in *********, ********** and have had several calls come in from our customers indicating it shows online through MapQuest that our company is permanently closed. This is not true. We have been in business business since October 1, 2004 I have contacted the company several times with no response.       I own Karcheckz we have noticed a Mapquest listing that has the wrong address. I message mapquest and they give me no help and say that they cant change it. What is your purpose? Why do we have to have false information broadcast online that confuses people and waste their time and energy? Mapquest did not provide any solution. I want to make my voice heard. Mapquest does not take responsibility for correcting any errors they make.

      Mapquest is showing my personal name and telephone number as being a business associated with a family members address. I do not have any business and this personal information is being used to harass myself and my family member. I have reached out to Mapquest in December of 2023 to try to resolve this by having them remove the listing. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing back I followed up again asking the status of my request to which I got no reply. By mid January I emailed them again asking to please update me as the public information was leading to doxxing and harassment of myself and family members at that address. They have yet to remove my personal information from their website. The safety of myself and my family is my highest concern.
