1 starThis place has been the worse decision of my life at this point, They are so rude and no one wants to help fix their issues. The wait so long to post the rent and do no care if it is effecting residents livelihood. Takes months to fix safely issues on the homes. They pick and choose who the pick on and nit pick to death.Yes! Communities

1 starWas forced into purchasing the home. Before signing the paperwork I informed management of all the issues the home had and they were supposed to repair everything. They came in and did a half a** job. Right after purchasing the property my kitchen floors that were caving in began to cave again. My ac/heater stopped working. I have mold everywhere. My front steps are dangerous. All of this and more was supposed to be fixed but it was all just temporary good enough till I signed on the dotted line. Im always getting threats to have my vehicles towed which one already was. I have children that drive what am I supposed to do? Im forced to pay a homeowners pet fee which makes no since because I should be able to have what I want in a house Im buying. But yet my house smells like cats from all the cats living under my house. My car has scratches on it from these cats climbing on my car. This is unacceptable but of course as long as the property looks pretty its ok. Oh yes and the water is always being shutoff due to this or that. I hate it hereYes! Communities

1 starI would advise people to not rent with yes communities. I moved my family into one of their properties and have had nothing but problems. I have reached out to the office, other community offices, left voicemails, emails, contacted on **, instagram, and finally ********. They do not respond to their residents. I finally received a short response via Instagram today stating someone would call me by end of yesterday. That never happened and then they promptly blocked me.Yes! Communities

1 starI have called countless times regarding my inhabitable unit. I was bitten by A RAT while asleep and its also teeming with mice. This is beyond disgusting. I find mouse sh*t everywhere, every day including in my bed. What is wrong with you guys? There is a livable unit available but others are interested Really? Im interested in not having rodents chew on me in my sleep. The manager was totally unaware that decrepit units - even those OWNED by people, not tenters are also to be kept in good condition and not create public health hazards by harboring rodents, raccoons, etc under units with hokes in the skirting as big as my head. PLENTY of pics. They dont care about anything once tha $$ is delivered. Scheduled city inspection of my unit (looks like 1975 incidentally- nice plywood countertop) which will inevitable lead to further inspection and likely a Public Health visit once the conditions are recorded. *** manager didn't even remeber me SHOWING THE BITE AND ****** RAG. Or apparently, the fact I mentioned it in countless emails. Having worked for ****, thats a potentially costly error and may trigger an entire park inspection. So disappointed - wanted community engagement, to he near my elderly mom and now she cant even visit. Mice excrete all kinds of nastiness in their urine and f**** Have to mop 2x/day with bleach. Every. Day. The corporate office in CO wont respond to me, so.Yes! Communities

1 starI feel like I'm being harassed by the office. They towed my car for no reason. They put a tow tag on it cuz it had a flat tire, thats fine, but i go outside and fix it, i aired it up, and drove it forward, left my air pig next to the car so I could see if I could plug it or just replace the tire and they still towed it, after I had pit air in the tire! Trying to violate me over a small inch of my mini blind being broke while there's is nothing in the lease about having broken mini blinds just that blinds have to be natural color. Nothing about broken mini blinds. There's nothing for the kids to do play at in the park and you can't have any play toys in your yard, the "amenities" pool is always closed. They don't check your water meter every month like they should my water meter has been the same for 3 months straight which shouldn't be right, it's like they picked the highest usage out of 6 months and kept it at that.Yes! 1 starThe ************* in our town (******* **********) has not paid the trash which we pay via our lease agreement for well over 6 months. That is over $20,000+ unaccounted for. The trash company has confirmed they have not paid. The local trash company did not pick up trash today and states the office cannot be reached to work this situation out.Yes! Communities

1 starTerrible place to live. My kids cannot even have a swing in the tree. The MAINTANCE at this place is even worse. They literally used cocking to fill in a hole in my roof. Not to mention they stated how they had a pool and it is advertised but it was never open nor fixed. Instead they just got rid of it and put in benches. They dont allow homeowners to have fences. When it comes to fixing things they procrastinate or down right refuse. People around say how nice it is and I say yeah thats how they get you. I then tell him about everything. I would never recommend someone to live in any ************* owned places. This place is down right terrible. They do not take care of the people living her at all.Yes! Communities

1 starI stay in the ******* estates community for one year. Sign a lease on may ******* upon moving in that next day I walk into a home that was not move in ready! Was told we moved in to early multiple things needed to be fixed again was told *** ******** in maintenance we moved in to early and that they would come and fixed things, no one came out until October to fix things had to bye my own blinds and eyes for the stove ok no big deal no k**** on counters still not a deal breaker, in September my faucet in the bathroom tub broke while my child was taking a shower couldnt reach anyone in maintenance so the fire department came and shut the water breaker off was told by ******** in maintenance after sereval hours that I should not have done that!!! Upon from that incident found out the bathroom and my daughters room contained had water damage and mold maintenance came out fixed the floors in both rooms thats it! My family dealt with the issue bc we didnt want to break our lease. Still having issues sent several maintenance requests with them coming out to do the bare minimum while collecting rent every month, upon us moving out we had signed a paper stating our move out day with ******, which was for April 30 few weeks later received an invoice for 2500 for damages at the property have tried to contact someone since to see why I have video proof the day we left the property looks the exact same other then normal wear in tear! I would not recommend yes community to anyone I had a horrible experience ******************************************* contains mold in EVERY ROOM the refrigerator barely worked and various animals live under the home!Yes! Communities

1 starWas looking into renting a home in a ************** It felt like they were trying to get me to buy instead of rent as I had to say multiple times that I wanted to rent and not buy. I finally filled out the rental application, which was more extensive than any application I've ever done. I linked my bank account and each individual rental payment of $1575 for the last year, as well as each individual income deposit for multiple months. My income is more than enough to pay the suggested rental price of $1000-$1200/month. The leasing manager was very frustrating to work with. I had to keep getting in touch with her weekly to try and find out about the progress on my rental application. She kept saying that underwriting is requiring proof of employment. I had already given proof of employment. Then all of a sudden she said that I'm not approved because of my debt to income ratio. I've been in the same rental home for 8 years without a late payment and paying $1575/month. Of course, this was after another week of not hearing anything so I texted to ask. She said, "Oh, I'm sorry. I thought I already told you that you were denied." The whole experience was so unprofessional and frustrating. After looking at reviews, it looks like I dodged a bullet with them.Yes! Communities
