    Extremely negative experience with Aspyr, specifically ***** ******, their CEO. Me and my wife live in a property he manages as we just moved from the east coast. We are good tenants paying our rent on time and have had very little contact with Aspyr or their CEO. We had a ceiling fan fall onto the bed in our master bedroom. It could have seriously injured my family. We tried to schedule a time for repair, but unfortunately the contractor (contracted by Aspyr) had to cancel due to weather. Instead of waiting for us to schedule a new time for the contractor to make the necessary repairs, he sent an employee along with the contractor unannounced to our house (i denied entry as this was not in compliance with our lease or Colorado law). I believe if i was not at home he would have had the employee and the contractor make an unauthorized entry into my home. In response he sent an extremely obnoxious email to myself and my wife. ***** ****** and Aspyr's unprofessional, unethical, and potentially illegal conduct are very concerning, and I think other consumers should be aware how he conducts himself and his business. P.S. - i gave one star because zero stars were not an option.
