    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMAPNY. ENDLESS HEADACHES. COUNTLESS HOURS ON THE ***** RESOLVING THEIR MISTAKES. These people have no business being in the healthcare industry. IN SPITE OF BEING PAID by my insurance company they continue to send me bills and try and collect from me. Muppets. How much time of mine have they wasted? Hours and hours...and even after they admit they are in the wrong they continue to send me bills. Muppets. They hang up on you. Muppets. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

    Worst company. Very poor communication. Rarely answers phone calls. Never returns messages. Ive had to drive to their office and sit in the waiting room to get my CPAP data downloaded. Thats when they told me I needed a new model and to have my doctor send them an order. My doctor sent two orders over 4 months. Never heard from AeroCare. Finally got someone to answer the phone. She was very rude and told me the doctors order was incomplete. They had never reached out to me or the physician for clarification of the order. For such an expensive piece of equipment they dont want to put much effort into helping guide the process of obtaining equipment. The companys CPAP supply division constantly called me monthly over the past 8 years to get me to re-order CPAP supplies. That seems to be the one thing they can do promptly. Im assuming this is how they stay in business by billing insurance companies with excessive quantities of supplies.

    Worst company ever. I was ordered oxygen 1 month ago & am still waiting for it. My oxygen levels drop drastically when I am active. Trying to get a portable oxygen ******************* just keep asking for additional information over & over again. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone

    Very poor customer concern. They 1st told me to wait 15 days(after getting request from my doc) then they said they didn't receive information from my doctor not once but twice! ( i was in the doc office when they send the info both time)They enroll me in an "auto payment" without me knowing it. They told me it will be cover at 100% by insurance "good news you are cover at 100%" On my first "auto payment" I find out that I am not cover at all ( deductible not meat). You can't see on the portal the total balance.

    I wouldnt give it any stars. Worst experience I have ever had. One person stated one thing then another person states another. They charge your card and cant verify the charges or tell you what they were for. Then they tell you you owe more money! Never will get my supplies from this place ever again. Customer service is very lacking!

    This organization is crooked as the day is long. I had met my deductible and they charged my credit card without my knowledge for over $300 dollars and they were only supposed to charge me $36 per month for 5 months. Then they sent me a bill for $800 which is the cash price for the unit after insurance and I had paid all but a few payments. No notice to tell me that I owed them any money, just a huge bill that I could not possibly owe.

    Aero lies to their patients totry to keep them when they are not satisfied. They tried to make.me believe they are the only contractor Humana contracts with for the services I require. They also said I would have to sign an AMA form to return their equipment when I found another company that more fully suited my needs. I was not allowed to see what I was to sign on a cell phone. When I questioned it, the driver said it was an AMA. I refused to sign. He called the company, appeared to make changes and assured me it was not an AMA. Trusting him, I signed. When I printed out the email, it was an AMA. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

    Sleezy horrible company. Can't get new mask because I'm not "compliant". It leaks and doesn't register. We cant send you a new one until it registers. Does this make sense????? Finding a new supplier. Stay away from Aerocare.

    This place is a joke! My husband got a new cpap and arranged monthly payments for *****. Two months later they start charging our credit card for other invoice charges we were not aware of. They are not helpful at all! Now I have to fill out a form so I can find what really is going due hippa laws. What gives them the right to do anything with our card. This why I don't do autopay at all.
