    I was drawn in by their ads and finally bought the Lift Up Bra and the Teddy **** and let me just say my confidence skyrocketed for the first time EVER. I was always the girl with the smallest chest and even though I am a curvy girl my top half was always as others would say "lacking" but not with these. They fit so perfectly that I just placed another order and will never buy from another brand again.

    Dear Sir:I purchased a bra from Pepper Body Inc on December 27, 2023. The Bra did not fit. I returned the Bra and I exchanged it for another one (Not a sale item). That process was so easy! However, that bra did not fit. I paid full price for both bras.I have sent emails to set up a return for the second bra but none of my emails have been answered. When I used their website I continue to receive the message, "That bra was returned". I tried to call using the phone number that is listed on their website. The phone rings once and cuts off. I tried the phone number for their ********** location and it is a medical service number not Pepper Body, **** I want my money back!Their customer service is lacking Customer Service!Buyers be wear!

    I ordered a bra, they charged me $108. A month later, they refunded me without informing me that my bra wasn't coming. Then 2 weeks later they charged me again. Then a month later I called saying I hadn't received it and was told that nothing had happened since I ordered the bra. It hadn't been shipped and they would send me a refund. A month later I called back to tell them I hadn't received my refund. They said they had sent it and it might take a month to go back into my account. That was 2 months ago. I'm going to have to dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back I guess. Very disappointed with the company and the customer service.
