    I purchased a study material (SANS SEC503) from lead2pass site on September 12, 2023.Upon receiving the online material, i checked the contents and it was completely different from what i paid for, it was a completely different course which i do not recognize.I made a dispute with my financial institution *************** ******) for not receiving goods as describe on September 12, 2023 on the same day the purchase was made Fast forward to January 03, 2024, I checked multiple times with Tangerine for the status of the dispute, but was told that the case was "closed without resolution" and no response from the merchant to make things right, this indicates that the merchant does not have sufficient evidence to prove their legitimacy of the product.I requested to reopen the dispute on January 03, 2024 to give the merchant another opportunity to fix this but to no avail.On February 10, 2024, I called Tangerine again to get the status for the dispute but was once again informed there were no response from the merchant to make any attempt to prove their innocence or their legitimacy. My bank (Tangerine) said and i quote "we have exhausted all the resources but is unable to provide you with the refund, even though the merchant refused to cooperate.     For GCIA exams, we only provide the practice test.

    9. Guarantee Policy is not applicable to *************************EMC, GIAC, HP,Oracle, PMI and SSCP exams as these Vendors change these exam questions frequently.

    For the failure of above exams, we will provide 1 free exam dumps instead of refund.

    I checked the contents in the "practice test" and it has nothing to do with GCIA exams, at all.

    I checked the content and don't even match any of the ORIGINAL SANS study material.

    It seems like lead2pass just put irrelevant materials in the course and name it "GCIA" and make a profit.

    The fact that lead2pass busisness did not make any attempt to respond to BOTH dispute request from my bank in the last 5 months says **** about the ethicality and legitimacy of the business.

    I want my refund, please and thank you.
