After ordering what I thought was a one time purchase I was sent monthly shipments and charged $174.39. I called and cancelled my account but they sent me another order and charged me once again. I called a second time and was told to return the last shipment and include a RMA number, which I did. I believe that theyve finally canceled my account but they never refunded my money. Stay away from this company

They mislead you, or maybe I should say that they lie to you. My first order was supposed to be buy one and get one free at thirty-nine dollars. Yet, they sent me two bottles and charged me for both of them at a cost of $130.79. I went to my credit union to stop any more payments, yet they sent me another order of two bottles at $130.79 again. I got in touch with them and was told to send the bottles back. I did. They were supposed to send my money back to my account, they didn't. Now, I have to go back to my credit union to tell them to stop giving them my money. They gave me a date when my money would be there and the date has passed, yet I still don't have my money, Also, they seem to have three different addresses and on the phone they give you a runaround. I've been trying to reach the BBB for some help in this matter but somehow the addresses won't match up. I want to get the money they owe me back and I want to warn people not to trust they people. Moreover, I can't reach the BBB until Tuesday and I'm afraid that they're going to try to hit my account again. It makes me wonder if I can get my credit union to stop this mess. Beware people, you've been warned.

Deceptive seller. They advertise 3 bottles of gummirs for $39. When you are placing the order they never tell you exactly how much the balance is. I got an alert from my bank saying $217.99 had been posted to my account. When I called the number they said they could not cancel the order. This is deceptive selling when they lead you to believe you are getting on thong then they over charge you. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
