    SCAM! I ordered a bedroom alarm clock and when it came it was used,damaged not sealed and even the box was dirty. They have not answered my emails so it will go in the trash. What a joke.

    My horrible experience is identical to several others below - ordered a product from them. They sent a cheap substitute for the name brand product they advertised and promoted. They refuse to refund me without me paying to ship the product - that I didn't even choose - back to them.

    Never do business with them. They make returns extremely difficult. They charge heavy return fees. They emailed me back and said I was a ******, and a c_ _ t. I wish I researched this company prior to the purchase.

    I received a very cheap product extremely late after paying for express shipping. When I contacted company they said to return it in original packaging which I did to the return address on original packaging. two day later, they sent me an email with refund policy. If I had waited, I would not have been able to get it back to them in time. Now they are refusing to refund me. This company needs to be heavily investigated. Im very sick, old, and have no money and they slick stole my money

    I ordered two pairs of steel toe shoes, paid $150 for both. Wow don't I feel dumb "sigh* especially after reading the other reviews on here. I ordered two, and only received one upon delivery. Wrong size as well, plus I received a totally different shoe from the picture. Very deceitful.I left the company an email. Although, based on other reviews on here, I'm going to be receiving the same responses from that company.

    Not at all a no hassle return company! Bought an item that was sent to me ripped opened, and in a flimsy tearable bag. Then this company had the audacity to expect me to pay to return it to them, while they claim they will consider paying me for the return fee, along with a possible additional processing fee. This shouldnt even be a consideration, since the item was sent to me damaged. Always read reviews! Had I saw their reviews in the first place, I would have never made a purchase with this so-called company!

    Deserve Zero star! They sent different item than what was advertised. Even after providing them photos of both items, they still said it was the same item. What a joke! Then they wouldnt accept it as a return without charging me almost twenty bucks.

    The company is a total scam. I ordered a garden hose from them for my mother. I paid extra for Rush shipping. I was then told its not rush shipping, but rush processing and the hose was coming from overseas. It could take up to 90 business days.

    I ordered a surface pro pen, I receive a pencil looks nothing like a pen, I contacted company to send me what I ordered and they told me thats all they have. I sent them pictures of what they sent me and what I ordered and that cant do anything about it. They are a scam company, they got my money and I go a pencil. DONT ORDER FROM THEM
