    I purchased this 6/15/24, program because of hair loss and I did what was asked of me to see success. After the first month I did not see results. I had to change my sleep schedule which I did. I was asked if I saw hair growth and I did for the rest of my hair and not the hair loss area. I requested a refund because on several of our Zoom calls. ******* stated that sometimes the program does not work for some people. She said they have had to give refunds. Now her policy states that they don't give refunds.I would just like her to keep her word because after two months and now six months, the program did not work for me. I paid $2,297.00 and I am asking for that amount to be returned to me.******* suggested that I contact ***** *******, a functional practitioner who she thought would be able to help me. I spoke with ***** and she informed me that there was very little that she could do for me that I have not already done. She told me how she and ******* work together. I think it is great that someone is helping people with hair loss. I unfortunately have not been helped and I would like a refund.

    Our terms and conditions are clearly stated and available on our website, with our agreements and are known throughout and before beginning our program - there are no refunds and our policy have been this way for over 6 years. Our clients see hairgrowth with the implementation that they put forth. ****** has mentioned that numerous doctors told her that her follicles are dead. She wrote us and told us this, we tried to help in all ways and have given her plenty of support and extra support outside of the program. She did see hairgrowth in her length and in others areas of her head... she has seen great improvements in her health-- she has clearly stated this in comments inside the program, via emails, and inside coaching calls. Its our mission to help everyone with their hairloss as much as possible-- however if her follicles are in fact dead as her doctors have mentioned, we have no way to confirm this or assist as our program is not in person and only virtual. There are limitations with dead follicles and she knew this from her previous doctor visits.

    I am rejecting this response because: During our calls ******* stated that the program did not work for some people. Yes, her policy says there are no refunds. But during her calls she said that refunds were given to people if the program did not work. How do you know the program did not work if you have not done the program. She encouraged everyone to go through the program to see if it works. ******* made suggestions when her initial program didn't work.

    I have worked with professionals who have said I had dead follicles. I also know that those people have been incorrect on other diagnosis, that is why I decided to try Alopecia Angel. I think ******* needs to figure out where her program falls short for people since sixty days is not a sufficient time for everyone to heal with supplements and food. I understand that she wants to help people but she did not help me and that is why I am requesting the refund.

    4/4/22 I purchased a program from the Alopecia Angel. It was the *********** signature program for $997. I was to get a customized plan with help navigating through what needed to be done. I was supposed to get an intake form with a customized program, never re ived one. I had a family emergency and couldn't start right away. After a few months, I tried to access the program I paid $1k for, and surprisingly, I had gone past the date of availability for the program!?!?!?! I emailed and was told I would have to pay monthly for access to the program to use it. The ********* @ $59 a month, but I was told I could cancel anytime. The ********* gave me access to:Perks, product reviews,Inside look and behind the scenes on how she lives and how she upgrades her health Monthly coaching calls and presentations Information on health and hair topics that are new and noteworthy When I clicked on the link the cost had increased to $65 a month instead of the $59. This still did not get me what I originally signed up to receive. When I addressed this today in an email, they sent back an email stating they could offer an updated monthly access for $97 (minimum of 6 months access) for our alumni. There was nothing on this link but a credit card payment form with a 6 month ($97 month) charge for access. No nformation on what they provide OR legal information. I would NEVER have signed up for a program at $997 that only gave me access to the information for 3 months! That certainly was not stated clearly on the website or purchase page. It was interesting that after 3 months from my purchase all the information disappeared. I have the email and there was only a login button. Today, I tried it again and ...****.....there isn't anything about what you purchased. There is no record of what the ************ program consisted of or the specifics of the program. She is a scammer and is praying on the Alopecia community.

    Client emailed ** and acknowledged that she decided to not continue the program due to a family emergency. She did in fact have full access to program, she did receive all materials and has received her evaluation. We are doing our best to accommodate her even though it's been more than 18 months later that she is barely notifying us of her situation. We are built on integrity and always do our best to support clients, regardless of what happens in life. We are here to support the hairgrowth healing journey and want everyone to succeed. We understand life happens and we accommodate everyone on a case by case situation. Her comments are unjust and untrue and do not reflect the bigger scope and picture of her situation which due to privacy I cannot divulge.

    So I purchased the *********** alopecia program in July for ******* I paid every other week till it was fully paid off. First payment was 299, second 101, third, 199, fourth 199, fifth 199, sixth 150 and seventh 49. So it is fully paid, its suppose to have lifetime access, until they changed stuff to monthly access so its almost like I didnt even pay for this. I have zero access to my program and their asking to pay monthly fee of 65 to access something I already paid good money I dont have for. Its just sad Im not working trying to recover from things and they want more money. I just want access to what I paid good money for its not right or ethical. I was also told my one employee I have the program its under another email and I checked all and its not there and another it expired like seriously how does a program you paid for expire. I even paid an additional 150 for the hormone and heal program I hope that doesnt expire either Im really upset about this.

    We have never offered life time access to any of our programs at any level or tier option. 

     

    This client purchased the $997 option on the payment plan which was 4 X 299 payments. 

     

    She defaulted more than 5 times and we worked with her to ensure she could pay and to help her out during this time. 

     

    The option she chose was for 3 months only. 

     

    An additional program she purchased is also available only for 3 months. She was notified of this at the time of checkout and payment. It state clearly the amount of time for each program.

    I Purchased the Alopecia Angel *********** Program which is a program to regrow my hair in 8weeks thru teaching and coaching while implementing the program for $997. However what I got was a do-it-yourself manual without a teacher/coach, no hair growth, health issues such as skin irritation, stress, debt and unanswered questions after reaching out several times to Alopecia Angel for help. My attempts threw emails, ******** and website logging in and out seeking for answers to assist me with my issues. Alopecia Angel only response after several emails was for me to pay additional fees of $299 for her assistance. Totally ridiculous in which I had already paid for the program. This program was falsely advertised. My issues were never addressed. This is a scam and I was completely taken advantage of. Thank you for assisting in this matter.

    We have communicated with the client and have reminded her of the terms and conditions of the program which can be accessed on our website and additionally upon checkout before making payment. There are no guarantees and there are no warranties. So her complaint is null and void as these two items do not exist. The program option she chose, does not include private coaching and every attempt to answer her questions via email have been responded to. She never contacted us via ******** or any other method. Moreover, the program does require effort on the participants part to make changes to their diet and lifestyle for their benefit and for their results. Effort in, results out. Just like going to the gym, if you don't go, there are no results to be obtained. Simply put, if no results have come, then no effort was placed. I have sent a message to the client letting her know we are happy to help with a private coaching call, and I am happy to gift her 30 extra minutes of my time. Like every professional, I charge for my time and the package she chose did not come with private calls. Attached are the terms and conditions for your reference.

    I reached out several time in emails to Alopecia Angel starting in July with my concerns. Seeking help with teaching and guidance on the hair loss program I purchased. Inwhich came with the program as stated in the website. Please note the attached documents where it states teaching and guiding of getting to the root cause, locating blind spots,growth in 4-8 weeks and a list of details of the program. Alopecia Angel only response after several months was she would be willing to help for $299 fee and considers it a gift. This is robbery and absolutely ridiculous. More over the program I purchased clearly states teaching and guiding. There for Alopecia Angel is falsely advertising to advertise one thing then sell another. It's just like going to class without a teacher. No one to address my questions and guide me thru. This is where you failed to do your part. I expect a refund for I did not received what I purchased. I'm not just gonna give you my hard earned money.
