      The technician, ****, said my computer was full of hacks, malware and spyware. He took up 2 days of my time pulling up reports on my computer to prove it. The last task he had for me included converting my money in the bank to crypto currency. He said "once encrypted, it will be returned to the bank." I said I wasn't doing that. I told him to pull out from my computer, that I was going to call the bank. I took my laptop to Staples. There is nothing wrong with my computer, I was told the reports pulled up showing the negative events can be created and used over and over again.
