I am only giving 1 star because zero was not available. Our mover for our pool table fell thru so we went to ****** and found the crappy company. We advised ***** that we needed the pool table taken down, moved and put back up, she advised no worries we can do that. The movers arrived and stated that they can take apart and move it but could not put it back together. I called ***** and told her that was not what she stated and she said she will locate someone to put together, well she lied. I put down a $150 dep and agreed to the $375 to be taken out after the job is complete. Well before the table was loaded ***** charged my card another $675. She assured me it was an accident and will get it refunded, well she did. SHOCKER! I have emails and recorded conversations trying to get this taken care of and with no response from the company I disputed with my back. Then 4 days after the move the make a false final bill that my bank got before I did. On this fake bill they over $200 to drive 11.6 miles. I am still trying to get my money back but all they wanted to give me was $100 but only if I removed my review. I advised them that was unacceptable! Do not use this company ***** and *** should be in jail for theft! YOU WILL REGRET USING THIS COMPANY!!! I have all documentation proving what I am saying!
