I signed up for a motorcycle class thru T3RG. It was scheduled from 7am-5pm Saturday and ****pm Sunday June 11th-12th. On the first day of class it was over 100 degrees in ******. The class was preformed outdoors in a parking lot of a high school. We were suppose to have access to the school and did not. There was no shade provided for such extreme weather conditions. The class proceeded for over 8 hours this way and by the final exercise of the class I was suffering from severe heat stroke. I had to pull myself out of the class for fear of not being coherent enough to operate the machine. The instructor made me make this decision for myself. I proceeded to leave the class and get sick to which many people can attest to, one fellow student even checking on me after the class dismissed, something the instructor did not do. I proceeded to call the business owner to discuss my options the following Monday. She offered to let me retake the class at a later date when the weather was better. I have since moved away and will not be able to attend another class and she has refused to refund me. I reached out to my bank to dispute the charge but because it has been so long ( over their 119 day ****** they cannot help me. Bottom line is this company needs to help responsible for their students, both on and off a motorcycle. I had every intention of finishing the class and would have if the accommodations had been responsible. At the very least I deserve a refund in full.
