I am rejecting this response because:As a veracious believer of Integrity and the well-being of society, *************** on behalf of the many customers I have read about online who have had the misfortune of being a customer of *********. In my many years of experience with businesses, as well as owning a business, I have continually and assiduously experienced those who have the claim, this or that customer is attempting to scam, most frequently builds their foundation upon false accusations which build their businesses upon a very dangerous instability. Furthermore, it is now obvious, not only to the owner of ********* and myself, but also to the Better Business Bureau that when the accused uses the same accusation as the customer, verbatim, there isnt much credibility to go off of.
My intentions were always to pay for the services provided, given the procedures and quality of workmanship were intended to be truthful. In the midst of the procedures, as previously stated, the initial workmanship was absolutely below par. When the below-standard result was brought to the intention of the technician, immediately in self-defense, the technicians unjustifiably offered to rework their mistake with an offer for myself to pay for additional products.
This should paint an obvious picture-perfect scenario of admittance of failure, due to the fact that they offered more work to counteract the discrepancies. If one were to examine a scenario where the customer only wanted free work, and the results were satisfying, the response of the technicians would be something like, the work looks great and the results are as expected, there is nothing else we can do. Rather than, please purchase more, and we will redo the work. I hope I have provided a ********clear comparison here.
Furthermore, an admittance of financial constraints on the customers part does not constitute an attempt to get free services. It is an honest and open action that tells the technician that, in fact, no attempts for free services will be made. Up-front honestly about financial exchanges always prepares the transaction to be fair and courteous from the very beginning. In contrast, complete silence and even trying to persuade the customer to buy more due to bad work, almost always tells a story of conceit and betrayal from the get-go.
Providing the Option of more work Vs Coercing and Manipulation
Manipulation, no doubt, is a part of many tactics businesses use to coerce customers into paying for things they dont need or to cover the tracks of bad work.Sometimes (the) customer's desired results will cost more than they wish This is not what was promised by the establishment. In fact, ...an amount of ***** Units of botox is sufficient for a satisfactory result when application of the toxin is expected to display significant results - (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6489637/) - From a government-level research journal on Botox Injections and the developmental usefulness behind the practice.
We have learned that the technician used 20 Units on the first try, and then unethically manipulated me into purchasing another ***** Units, and STILL failed to precisely inject the Units into the correct places as well as at the recommended rate.
1 Unit of Botox, according to (www.realself.com) and their professional research, is equivalent to ****cc (cubic centimeters). Which, in the botox world, is about 100 Units. This typically costs around $400-$500.
Please refer to the quote below from www.BotoxCosmetics.comDosage
For simultaneous treatment with glabellar lines, the
dose is 24 Units for lateral canthal lines (which is more
than enough to be effective)
***** Units is usually all that is required to accomplish what I was looking for. ********* use2 about ? of a syringe per order (about 33 Units).*Also see below reviews and theyve described that ***** is more than enough.*.
In addition, they fraudulently shifted the blame to me by their actions of unethically and tactically forcing me to purchase an entire additional syringe (or else it wont look right). According to the multiple medical journals I have come across, only an average of 20 Units is sufficient to accomplish what ************** had promised to deliver. On rare occasions, it has been recorded to only require up to 40 Units. Only 40. Not 66, which ********* fraudulently lied to me in order to get my money that I couldnt afford to pay. Additionally, 2 entire syringes of filler were administered with no long-term visual results. Initially, the results were majorly asymmetrical. However, the technician failed to realize that there is a clearly defined order of operating procedures to properly add filler. In this scenario, the technician proceeds to apply filler in random locations, and without first confirming effectiveness before continuing. Lastly, I was told by the technician that my lips would swell up the next day due to the filler injection. The next morning, to my dismay, there was no swelling which only indicates that no real product was used in the syringe during application.(see below, as plenty of other customers have coincidentally had similar testimonies).
Not only was ...We attempted to reschedule the same daybut she refused A complete and utter lie, but the exact opposite of their claims are actually the truth. I attempted on several occasions to contact the company to get the mistakes fixed. After several failed attempts by phone, I went into the actual shop and they only offered me to purchase another 33 Units and $825 more to fix the work they failed to accomplish. More coercion and manipulation.
On more than a few occasions, there have been fatalities and serious complications due to simple botox injections. So how can, botox and filler injections dont worsen over time be true?
We believe the customer made her demands impossible to comply with intentionally, in an attempt to avoid paying for treatment. Using simple logic, as I have completely paid for (IN FULL) the shoddy unethical low-scale work, how would I be attempting to not pay, especially after I already paid? Now that the Cat is out of the bag, so to speak, the divisive, deceitful, and unethical behavior is apparent at this point. Claiming that someone is trying not to pay when they already have paid, using the same accusations as the customer (to commit fraud), not being able to do their math correctly, and attempting to coerce the customer to purchase more to cover up their mistakes. This calls for a severe concern.A MAJOR concern with this Spa to the safety of the community as a whole. It is only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured and they attempt to cover even THAT up. **** my words. This is the path they are on.
Lastly, evidential documentation can be prepared and submitted upon request. In addition to the 2 witnesses during my phone calls, I also have a witness that was there in person. She directly heard the words, Im so sorry, but I did not inject the units correctly, so you will see some effects from that. Go ahead and let it sit a few days to see what it does.PLEASE SEE THE REVIEWS below, as they do in fact support my claims: THESE REVIEWS CANNOT BE COINCIDENTAL!

Incredibly disappointed. Even with the groupon promo this was the most I've ever paid for botox and I didn't receive good results either. Please do not waist your time or money coming here. I've been getting botox around the world for years
PLEASE READ THIS ONE CAREFULLY!

I told the injector that 20 units was my *** and that I did not want to be frozen, and I showed her where I wanted to see results. The injector used 10 more units, saying this was the minimum suggested for the forehead. The next day my forehead hurt, the injection sites were sore and I my forehead felt swollen. This was something that I had never experienced before. A couple of days later both of my eyebrows were peaking so intensely, my forehead had broken out so badly in a rash and I was still sore at the injection sites. I called to let them know and they said that an injector would not "touch me for two weeks after a treatment". For two weeks I had to walk around with a rash and looking like a freak until they would fix it. I was told by the receptionist that peaking was normal (never happened to me before) and that I would have to pay for the extra units they would have to inject to remedy my situation

I would be wary of buying the Groupon for Botox injections. I have never had as many units injected as I did, but the results were minimal; hardly noticeable compared with other places where I have had fewer units injected with fabulous results. I'm not sure what they are injecting...???

I won't recommend this place. I spent over $700 (28 units of botox & 1 syringe of Juvederm) with minimal to no result whatsoever. The management team offered $100 dollar discount for another syringe. Very disappointed. Looks like they injected water. I will not go back and will no refer anyone.

After reading their reviews, having spent $350+ and having 35 units of botox I am convinced that their product is less than par. When I called after my first week I was told to wait another week. Oh and I would need to come in to pay after another week if I needed "more".
Need More Reviews? ****** ********* Medispa and the ONE-STAR Reviews are everywhere. From the reviews, it doesnt look like they ...tried to schedule her back in the same day AT ALL!!! Much less anything else from the garbage response below that they threw together.
the syringes. While still on the table I asked that she make it right and fix it. Another statement was added That I would need to purchase another syringe. I had repeatedly requested that the injections that were performed be done in the original-desired outcome that was promised. These steps were not met or even attempted and I was denied any further corrective actions by the technician. I continued to call the establishment to request that the procedure be corrected while the results of the filler/botox injections worsened over time. Again, my multiple requests were denied. The only feedback I received was to Come back and purchase another $1000 syringe. so that they could attempt more fraudulent work. I disputed the charges as fraudulent and a misleading product with MasterCard. MasterCard reached out to the establishment and Bella Spa provided false information about their actions back to MaterCard. This resulted in my card being re-charged in the amount of $1677

We will do a LOT in order to make a customer happy because we want happy customers. It is also an unfortunate business reality that there are scammers and cons in the marketplace whose intentions are not good. If we are not careful, they come in to treat at small businesses such as ours without the intent of ever paying for treatment, and we believe this occurred here.
This person states, My financial limitations were expressed the entire time but I was coerced that I needed way more filler/botox than I intended, in order to get the results I was wanting. When we do consultations, we make recommendations, and the customer always has the option to move forward or not move forward with treatment. Sometimes a customers desired results will cost more than they wish to pay, but this is what they must weigh before moving forward with treatment. We are not able to tell a customer that they can have all their corrective desires met under a certain budget, and we do not coerce customers to treat.
Of course, all faces have some asymmetry, yet we always take into account that desired results are in the eye of the beholder. If more product is needed, the customer typically needs to buy more syringes (each contains 1cc of product, which is approximately one-fifth of a teaspoon). Additional syringe costs range from $550-825. However,we will always assess if there were issues caused by treatment that require correction.
The customer states: Immediately after the procedure, the technician who performed the procedure, as well as another technician, confirmed that the botox/filler injections were not ...performed according to company policy The provider provided a good treatment, and nothing was done outside of company policy, nor was such communicated to the customer.
Ultimately, our before and after pictures in this case show a good treatment with no complications or issues. Despite this, we were willing to offer any corrective needs, and informed the customer that we would be happy to do so at no additional charge to her. However, she insisted on having corrective work done the same day she called us to complain, despite not waiting the appropriate safe period after initial treatment and our not having time available with an injector to treat the same day. We were able to move our schedule around so we could see her in person for an assessment same day, but she refused.
Additionally, the customer refused to come to see us at ANY future date to assess and resolve her concerns. Her reasoning for this refusal was that she was moving the following day. Upon further questioning, she told us where she was moving, which was still nearby (we had staff who lived in the same area and commuted daily). We asked the customer if she could come in to see us after her move, at her convenience. Again, she refused, stating that would be impossible because she did not own a car.
At no time did the following occur: I continued to call the establishment to request that the procedure be corrected while the results of the filler/botox injections worsened over time. Again, my multiple requests were denied. The customer called us two days post initial treatment and refused any remedy or discussion thereafter. Additionally, filler and Botox injections dont worsen over time. They slowly metabolize out of the system, and this is a normal occurrence for all who use them.
Ultimately, we tried every way possible to address and resolve this customers concerns, but she refused all reasonable options. Photos did not back up her claims, and she refused to come in to see us to assess and make any correction, if correction was warranted. We believe the customer made her demands impossible to comply with intentionally, in an attempt to avoid paying for treatment. We believe this was likely her intent from the start.
Our injectables are not products that can be returned to a store like articles of clothing, since it is injected into the face. Not paying for it or attempting to cancel payment after taking possession of the product is stealing. This is why MasterCard did not accept the customers charge dispute.
