  In January ********************** ***** through Veriheal. Apparently he messed up my prescription and neglected to prescribe the batteries which are necessary for vaping.I have sent four emails to Veriheal. They have not been able to resolve the problem, and their latest suggestion is that I find another doctor. How is this fair? I have to pay again for what I thought I had already paid for? Next stop Small Claims Court.

  Signed up to talk to the Dr early morning. Set my online appointment for **** am. Got a notification an hour and a half early the Dr was ready to speak with me. Their was very patient with me as I don't hear well. Within 15 minutes I was approved for my card

  I went to sign up for a card a did a video confrense with ***************************. We had a very pleasant conversation about what was going to be needed and how to proceed. At the end of our conversation, I was confident in knowing that him and his staff would do all hey could to accommodate me. By end of the same day I was approved, within a week I had my temporary license and within a month my permanent license. They checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and to let me know they were here if needed. Could never tell them how much they have helped me and changed my life. Thank you *************************** and all the crew and doctors a Veriheal.

  Hello, I had my initial consultation, and was approved on a Thursday. I was verbally told by the Doctor and via email that I would receive my certification within 48 hours. After the allotted time had passed, I spoke with two different agents; one on chat on the website and one over the phone, both stating two different things. Now I am being told that I will not receive my certification until Monday because it is a weekend. Very disappointing considering now I am waiting an additional two days (maybe even more) with chronic pain.

  I received my medical marijuana card last January. I paid over $300.00, my card is to expire 01/2024. A patient representative ************************* called to help me set up an appointment with a physician, the perscription for the doctor is $100.00 yearly. I was also charged $174.00 by the ********* card needs to be renewed biyearly. I feel that I've been overcharged for the $174.00.

I wanted to take this opportunity to clear up how the pricing works in ** so that you don't feel as though we're ripping you off. In **, medical cannabis cards have a 2 year validity. However, ** requires patients to re-certify annually in order to continue making purchases in the state. The re-certification charge is the $174 that you were charged by our customer service representative. As you can see, we are in no way overcharging you.Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

  I am so looking forward to my first visit to a Veriheal store. They have been awesome in answering my questions,I have not had the opportunity to shop at the store yet. My son and I cant figure out how to print the temporary card from the **** website. Im hoping well figure it out this week. Thanks, ***************************
