      I recently submitted an application for a remote position with Seekmate and received a follow-up email that instructed me to create an account with ********************** and to complete an official company survey (in order to "gather insights about [my] skills and abilities." However, when I went to the site using the link in their instructions, I was walked through setting up a profile on Survey Club and only saw surveys related to my personal lifestyle.I asked for clarification as to how completing a survey related to my demographics and/or lifestyle would help them understand my skills and abilities. I have received no response. In the meantime I had registered an account with **********************, but I didn't complete a survey since they all appeared to be about my lifestyle and only asked for personal data. Due to the suspicious nature of the last exchange, I tried to reach out to Survey Club to delete my account.I have tried to contact Survey Club in the following ways, and all were unusable paths for users.- explored the site for a user flow to delete my account (no pathway)- emailed support and abuse departments using email addresses listed on their website (both messages were undeliverable)- called phone listed on their site (voicemail wasn't set up)Again, I would like to delete my account so that my data is removed from Survey Club. My experience made me feel concerned and suspicious.

      SurveyClub does not have a business relationship with Seekmate, so it's not clear why Seekmate would be referring ************ to SurveyClub.  

      As for contacting us, we have do not have any record of ************ contacting us through any channel.

      Per **************** request, we have permanently deleted all her account information from our system.
