I seek assistance in ensuring my account is properly and permanently deleted, and to address the apparent lack of accessible and functional customer support channels at **********************.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They first wrote to me and questioned how I got their phone number and denied any of the claims I made in my email. After responding to them with proof, they deleted my info and I am happy with the resolution and will no longer be involved with this company. thanks so much for your help.
