    I paid for a 6 month renewal subscription in October 2023 and received 1 box. I would like reimbursement for the remaining 5 boxes. I paid approximately $150.

    Just read Kinder beauty is out of business. I paid for an entire year and only have received one box as I have skipped all other boxes. Expecting a refund. That cost me hundreds and you have gone out of business. I freaking out. *********************************** ************ ******************** Again, I have spent close to a thousand in your marketplace outside of the subscription and have skipped my yearly monthly subscription boxes minus one box delivered and I really need the money returned. A full year subscription minus one month. The company has not contacted me. Had to find this out on my own. I want my money back.

    I had a subscription to kinder beauty; I paid in advance for 6 months. I emailed them twice with no response, seems they have gone out of business and ghosted all of their customers .

    I purchased an annual subscription to the kinder beauty box, and they seem to have suddenly gone out of business. I have skipped four of them and so have over six months left in my subscription. If they have gone out of business, I want either products or my money back.

    I paid $165.76 for a 6 month subscription to monthly beauty box in October. I received 3 boxes and then in January, the company went out of business with no warning and no communication regarding the remainder of my subscription. I was not able to get a refund even though I attempted several times.

    Renewed my subscription to Kinder in June 2023. Skipped two boxes as well, so should have two extra boxes on the account to make the subscription end in August ****. Last box received was December 2023. Website seems inactive. Emails to customer service and messages via Instagram go unanswered. Requesting a refund of unfulfilled boxes

    Kinder Beauty has shut down and left all of it's subscription based customers without any communication regarding the remaining products we paid for. This information is on my places online such as their ******** page and reddit, and an article regarding the company shutting down that I found. I want a refund of the remaining part of my subscription that I will not receive.

    I paid for a year long subscription for Kinder beauty box monthly subscriptions in May 2023. I got my last box December and have reached out to them multiple times on email and Instagram about the January box. They won't respond and I had to hear from someone on the internet that they might be closing their business. That puts me out about $130 if they stop fulfilling the subscription which it seems like they are. They're avoiding me contacting them and have said absolutely nothing. I trusted this company for over 2 years and this is how theyre treating us. With silence and scamming.

    Todays date is January 8th, ****. Over the last 2 weeks i have tried 4 times to reach this company through email and directly through their contact us link on their website ,to receive no response. I did not receive my January box as it showed undeliverable. I did contact the *********** about this issue as I have been receiving this box on a regular basis. No fault of Kinder, but i would at least like a response as to weather I will be receiving a replacement box or a refund, No contact at all from them is very upsetting, I would like the courtesy of at least receiving a response.

    I had monthly beauty boxes through this company. I realized Jan 1st that their website was sold out of everything and there was no January **** box to customize. I received no communication to messaging or emails to the company. I finally cancelled my subscription in fear that I would be charged for Jan **** box that would never come. I am also due a winter KND box through a year subscription.
