      Easy and straightforward. My customer service rep **** was terrific. I provided some data, uploaded a few photos, and signed a couple of documents and the rest was taken care of.

      I started a refinance request online, received a call from ****** that I qualified for the loan. The selected rate was 8.97% 84 months. When I spoke to her she then said the best rate was over 10% with 3k down. This is more than misleading it is a lie. I got a quote rate and then it was not real. Disgusted.

      To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally express my concerns about the customer service experience *** had regarding a refinance transaction initiated on April ***** the start of the process, communication was excellent. The agent I worked with, *******, was highly responsive, clear, and helpful across phone calls and text messages. I even commended her at the time for the professionalism and efficiency with which the initial steps were handled.However, after I completed and submitted all required documents, including notarized paperwork and city/DMV forms, the level of communication significantly declined. Despite reaching out to ******* to express my concern, and receiving an apology, no improvement followed. During this period, I also received refinance offers from other institutions, including Capital One, offering comparable terms. I shared this information with the agent, who assured me that the process was still moving forward.On May 8, I received a text stating that my loan was fully funded. Trusting that the refinance had gone through and my prior loan would be paid off by the new lender, I temporarily delayed making a payment to my current loan holder. Ultimately, I made the payment myself, but the experience caused avoidable frustration and confusion.Since then, Ive attempted to reach the company through multiple calls, texts, and voicemails with no meaningful response. The lack of follow-up has been unprofessional and dismissive. While the transaction appears to have been completed from a business standpoint, the lack of post-sale support is *************** intent in submitting this to the BBB is to ensure that someone with the authority to assist follows up and addresses this customer service breakdown. A refinance is a serious financial decision, and although the sale itself was completed, the lack of support afterward has left me deeply disappointed.*. ********

      I have had the worst experience with auto pay ever I was told maybe three or four times that my case was approved to find out that I still need paperwork I was given the runaround multiple times, and then I asked to speak to a supervisor which I was never given that opportunity. I also was told that the person which name is ******* that I did not want to help me anymore. They continue to have him sending me messages one minute he told me that my case was approved then he told me that I still needed paperwork. Then he called me again and told me that I was approved the worst experience ever after running my credit and making my score go down I will never tell anyone to come to this place if they need help with refinancing their vehicle. This was definitely the worst experience ever and trust me. I will never recommend anyone go to them.

      They lie about your refinance rate. I was told I would get my interest rate reduced from 7.7% to 4.94 on my car loan. I have a 796 credit score. They told me I can only get 7.5% reduction. I found them through credit karma. All lies. Dont use them.
