- Product returns and exchanges are gladly accepted within 30 days from the purchase date.
Watches must be in new condition, including packaging and instructions.
Special order items and custom jewelry are not refundable or exchangeable.
Jewelry Repairs are warrantied for six months from the date of delivery.
Watch Overhauls and Movement Replacements are warrantied for one year from the date of delivery.
Some repairs are not warrantied, if so it will be noted on the Repair Quote.
Warranties do not cover damage (including water damage) as a result of poor care, accidents and normal wear and tear.
Used parts & scrap will be disposed, not returned to customer.
Items to be inspected by the customer at pick up.
Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs is not responsible for items left over sixty days past due date on Repair Claim Ticket. - Business Categories
