    Was asked twice by ****************** (subsidiary or ROI Rocket) to take a survey with a promise of a $15 Amazon card. After the second email i folded and did the long survey. At the end of the survey they asked me for my email to send my code to, and after submitting the next screen says: "Survey Closed. We're sorry but this study has reached its goals and has been closed. We apologize for any inconvenience".Apparently, from what I can tell, they coerced me into providing data that they had no intent on rewarding me for.

    I successfully completed and submitted a consumer research survey that promised a $20 Amazon gift card as compensation for my time. I did get an onscreen confirmation message stating that my survey results were accepted and that the card would arrive shortly, however, nearly two weeks later, I have yet to receive anything.I have reached out to Rocket ROI twice via email and have not received any response or acknowledgement that my message has been seen.

    Horribly rude and unprofessional ********************* doesnt reply to emails and also gives false information. Then instead of answering questions to clear things up like a business should he or she deactivates all my accounts AskMom, Business Decision Makers, ProductReportCard and Clearvoice Surveys when I did nothing wrong. This is unacceptable and not how a business should run. Now *********************************** has read my messages and not responded when we can talk to discuss nor has she reactivated my accounts.

    Ive done nothing wrong, and they cant even give reason to why they removed me. On the other hand their employee ********************* did give false information and I have the proof to back it up that Ill gladly provide. I even have the apology email from *********************. When a business makes an error they need to make it right.

    This is a reopening of an earlier complaint from a couple of months ago. I continue to get your surveys on survey panels complete them and do not get compensated as agreed. Lets focus on this survey below. This was taken Friday evening August 25 and completed and its entirety. I received a disqualification from my panel on the survey. Let me know if you received this particular survey, not a general statement where it can be frustrating to get disqualified and things of that nature. Did you receive this particular survey below, and if you did what happens to the data if I am not compensated for it?***************************************************************************

    More issues on a previous complaint Im reopening , as the below survey from ROI rocket is completing after finishing the survey 100% and giving a disqualification. Id like to know ( Im writing here after no response from website ) why I was disqualified from the below survey after completing it , and why I was offered money to take it Im opening a complaint again, as the same things keep happening ***************************************************************!!!!

    I was contacted by ROI ROCKET to complete tasks related to a research study for mascaras. I completed the tasks and sent in the required documentation and videos, and after that never received any correspondence or the compensation that was supposed to be sent ($35). I tried to reach out to the contact at the company, but never received a response to my messages. The contact I had was *****.******@roirocket.com.

    You have a lot of surveys on different panels that collect information , but rarely credit anyone as agreed for taking them . The most notorious is a financial profile survey , asking people how much money they have and who all their accounts are with . What happens to this data once its received , and if the person isnt compensated, is it all discarded ?     Hello **********,

    Thank you for raising your concern, which is a common concern every market research firm hears.  Whenever anyone begins a survey, it is usually not known at the outset if the respondent will match the respondent criteria set by the client for that survey.  *********** there are many sets of criteria of which a respondent may qualify.  Therefore, it is necessary to ask one or more questions to determine if the respondent is a match for the survey.  Sometimes this can be accomplished with a single question, but it can be much more involved with other surveys.  The surveys you happen to reference are those surveys which are much more complicated.

    As for what happens to any data collected, first let me say that we rarely collect name, email address, mailing address, phone or any other similar information from the respondents.  In your case, we know you came from Inbox Dollars and met some basic criteria to be invited to the survey, but we don't know who you are - only Inbox Dollars knows that.  ******** that is collected in the survey is not discarded so it can be reviewed to determine if there are any issues with the survey and/or ways to improve the survey, but the answers any terminated respondent provides are not used to address the main objectives of the survey.

    Finally, although we are hosting the survey for our client, any reward issued to you for completing or attempting a survey is determined by Inbox Dollars since they referred you to our survey.  

    I know it can be frustrating to take surveys and not be able to get through them all due to disqualification, but I hope the explanation above helps describe why one can be terminated from a survey before completing it.
