    Ijust checked in to one of your hotels "hometown studios Lakewood*.I walk in and it's absolutely disgusting, there is blood on the walls, ceiling ,broken cabinets no shower curtain, dead bugs on the floor food left in the fridge. I took pictures of everything went back to the front to inform you of how beyond disgusting that room was and was told they just had someone in there cleaning and fixing the bed. When I told he she could come up with me and see it for herself, she said no need, then I told her I told pictures and started to show her them and she ask if she could take my phone and would be right back. Went to the back for about 5 min and came back and told me " well I'm completely sold out so there's nothing I can do, but we will have maintenance go up and fix the cabinets". The cabinets are not even the big issue it's the blood, the bugs no shower curtain nothing and she acted like that was all nothing. Especially considering she told me someone was just up there. If that's how they clean at a place where they get paid I can't believe they still are employed for your company. I have never in my life had any issues at a hotel like this especially a red roof hotel. I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted that this is what your have for your paying customers. You need to do something to make this right or I will do what ever I have to to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone staying at one of your properties ever again
