    We hired Transform Home Improvement to replace 13 windows to our home in 2021. We noticed after the contractor/installer left, that 2 windows in the basement were not finished on the inside of the window and there was 1 window upstairs that was difficult to open and close. We contacted the rep/F.M. and sent him pictures of the 3 windows. We never heard back from him. We contacted our Project Manager, ***. and sent her pictures as well. She replied that she cannot reach the installer and offered us $*** to fix it ourselves. That's not what we paid for.

    We have been paying our loan monthly until 60 days ago. We want our windows fixed and then we will gladly resume payments.

    This company installed an air conditioning unit for my neighbor. In the process they damaged my unit rendering it not operable and refuse to do the right thing and fix it.

    Sears **** Services, affiliated with Transform worked in our Bosch dishwasher. The final repair was canceled well in advance. The company took payment for the call plus for the additional repair which was not done. We have requested the balance refunded and still nothing!
