      Devoted my total knee revision evenly though I'm in extreme pain abs can barely walk with a cane. Appeal process is a joke. Had my doctor serve an appeal letter to the number they gave but they act like they can't find it. Trash company!

      $876 dollars a month. Can you believe it? I waited one month to see a doctor listed as in network in the app I was told to down load. To get a referral ( what a joke that is) at 62years old I need a referral to see an eye doctor? When I called for referral info I was told they except blue cross but not the plan I have. When I called the insurance company 4x in one day not one employee was able to help. I called the ********** to ask why they are in network on the list if they do not take the plan? Again we take some of the blue cross plans. Why I ask have I spent more than 4 hours trying to find an eye doctor? Why if you sign in with your policy number both on line and in the app are their Doctors listed who do not take your plan. Ten thousand dollars a year for health insurance oh and by the way the plan I took was they only plan they offer in ***. $10,000 a huge deductible before they really pay out. But they did send a letter saying they will ask for 20% more in ****. That you can count on.

      Just got out of SHOULDER SURGERY!!!! Husband went to pick of medication and BCBS denied the claim! They said it wasnt cancer or end of life care ARE YOU KIDDING!!!! 2 days later they denied the claim so we could finally pay out of pocket, puking in pain. Shame. On. Them. Criminals.

      I have been trying to get my wife of 10 years added to my insurance (Anthem thru my employer) She is diabetic and needs her meds. I was initially told to submit a marriage certificate and then a copy of our tax return. My wife submitted the full return and the marriage certificate. Yesterday we found out they only wanted the 1st page of the return and the copy we sent wasn't clear. A supervisor told me I need to suit the form thru a "special" web link that she didn't have. I spent over an hour on the phone being transferred repeatedly before finally being told to just go to the company benefits page ( the exact place I submitted the forms in through first place!) Frustrated I asked to file a complaint and was told, they do not have a platform for me to file a complaint; I was told to file a support issue... my wife still isn't covered. I don't have a single number to call. Representatives would not provide their employee numbers and I am seriously considering resigning from this new job simply because I can't really respect A company that would allow such incompetence towards their "valued" employees.

      I am paying $153.64 per week for this highway robbery health insurance yet I am still paying healthcare providers, co-pays and for prescriptions. I have reached out to BCBC Anthem and they just read from a script basically telling me that that is the way it is and there is nothing they can do. I have also reached out to my employer, and they just read from a script and told me the same. How is this company allowed to do this? I have read the other complaints and it seems that a class action lawsuit may be brewing. Fortunately, I just changed insurance which should save me approximately $400.00 per month. I wish I could give this company negative 5 stars.

      One star is too much for this insurance company. I moved into ****** Colorado in hopes to receive treatment for infertility because theres a new **** that forces insurance companies to cover treatment. Anthem blue cross blue shield knows this **** but decided to considers themselves a national insurance company. Meaning state laws does not apply to them. Despite having a office in the state, collecting taxes in the state. They found a way to s**** over millions of people in Colorado. This insurance company is a joke and should be closed down. Im a working American yet I have to suffer and still pay them each week from my check for services theyre purposely refusing.

      Terrible company. I have called on numerous occasions about a billing issue. The representatives promise to call me back, and never do. My issue falls on deaf ears, and I have to start over with a new representative every single time I call. No one takes the time to dig for a resolution. I have finally contacted the Colorado ******** of ********* with my complaint. For a company whose mission is to provide for health and wellness, they have done nothing but add stress to my life. I will never use their services again. I cannot wait for my next open enrollment period. If you are researching health insurance - keep looking.

      ******** J I'm having a hard time trying to figure out this company Anthem **** ************************** I see many people are having same issues, names are similar multiple addresses, and phone numbers. I found this to be very odd; ************* started September 7, 2021 - December 31, 2021, the worst four months of our lives: I received a summary of everything, I owe, but not one EOB from this ( Anthem) **** Gaming but they send EOB's (Explanation of benefits) to my provider. I just got off phone with someone named ***** at (844-xxx-9784) this number isnt apart of Anthem it comes up ( **************************, **) address but on our insurance cards it states: claims & inquiries Anthem ******************************************* but it ****** on card provides administrative claims payment svc only and does not assume any financial risk or obligation with respect to claims. this is a trade of Rocky mountain hospital and medical service, **** but the has multiple listings one of them ( Spectator year book) ****** it. Myself and spouse put in change of address multiple times, no insurance cards, never knew we had HRA this company exhausted and and still saying they did not send EOB's because of address change, when , I have the original email, something isnt right, when am seeing a ******************************* health plans, ********************************** I am looking for our EOB's for medical and pharmacy. I had insurance through the state and they tried to **** them for pharmacy/out of pocket from me without EOB now they're trying to **** my husband for bills

      I was a member of ********** Anthem MediBlue plus, a ******** Advantage plan, in 2021 year. The plan supposes to cover the fees for my primary care physician visits and annual blood testing fees. But they didn't pay, said those services not in my plan, even though the doctor name printed on my heath **** and actively shows in their Anthem website.

      I work for a physician and had to phone the Anthem Blue Cross provider line to inquire on 5 denied claims for one of our patients. I was on the phone with **** from Anthem for 40+ minutes while he told me 3 separate times the claims were denied due to the procedure code. I kindly explained it couldn't be that due to the fact that the Anthem EOB stated it was the diagnosis code denied, and that the procedure code is the most common office visit follow up code used. After being placed on hold repeatedly while he 'checked with a supervisor' for assistance, I very kindly asked him if I could please speak with a more experienced representative as we'd now been on the phone for 40 min and **** just clicked and hung up on me. Super professional for Anthem to have phone representatives who hang up on their clients. 40 minutes wasted with no answers at all.
