5 starsI had a new heater installed. The Heart Technician explained the problems with my old system. The Heart Team was patient and let me get comfortable with the recommendations and cost which was a few months. They offer a great loan option. My new system is amazingly quiet! The heat flows through out the house so much better-no cold areas. I have used their services for a few years, electric, plumbing, air conditioning and heating I highly recommend them, they do excellent work!Review fromAndrew W

5 starsWeve had Heart out for all three big services - HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Weve never had a bad experience, if there are any slight issues (the hvac was a little finicky to start) they are responsive and quick to identify and fix the issue. I will happily recommend Heart to anyone who asks. They may not be the absolute cheapest option, but I believe the customer service makes it worth it.Review fromRae P

5 stars******* for Heart Heating, Plumbing, etc came out and did a thorough check of the plumbing in my house. There were a couple of minor issues but he took care of them in a timely manner. Now I know I'm good for at least another year. I definitely would recommend Heart Heating, etc services. I have a subscription with them which means I can request a check of plumbing, electrical at no extra charge. Definitely worth it!!!!Review fromKaty L

5 starsI called Heart Heating and Cooling for help in unclogging a drain. My appointment was scheduled for the following day and they mentioned that I would receive a call when the technician was on his way. Everything happened as scheduled and *** (technician) arrived and immediately got to work. The clog was located at about 40 to 50 feet into the drain and he was able to clear it. I asked *** if he could replace a garbage disposal unit for me and he never hesitated in saying yes.His pleasant attitude and professionalism was awesome. 5 starsToday *************************** and *******, both arrived on time professionally.They both did an overview of the service call and proceed to fix the problem. Once they were done, they both educated me on what they did or replaced- they also explained if the problem was not resolved what steps needed to be taken from that point and the company would come back to do additional diagnostic test. They also tested to assure everything was functioning correctly and asked if I had any additional questions besides the ones they had already answered for me. ****** and ******* both were very knowledgeable, professional and patient. 5 starsI have had a very good experience with the quality of service at Heart.They installed a new Lockenvar boiler last fall and helped repair the old vents and hauled away the old boiler.Very satisfied.All employees have been very respectful and communicative.
