Redeux is developing the property next to my house. Their surveyor trespassed, which they acknowledged in a private email exchange. However, they will not agree to limit future trespassing.

    Business Response

    Date: 02/23/2023

****** ***************************'s facts and description of what occurred are incorrect. First off, ****** is not a client/customer of ********************** and the individual in question, our surveyor, was on-site for part of one day to measure the property to the south of ********. During his work, the surveyor walked between the south side of ******** home and north side of the property he was measuring. He did not trespass. He had a legal right to do so. Regardless, ****** emailed his concerns to Redeuxs owners on Tuesday Feb., 14th at 5:07pm and one of Redeux's owners called him almost immediately (at 5:24pm). The call was constructive and friendly and ****** emailed the next day (prior to posting his complaint) and stated Thanks for the call back yesterday. It sounds like we are in agreement that your team may use my sidewalk (not my yard) to access our shared walkway between 646 and *********** as long as you notify me on what days people will be there. I am sorry ****** is disappointed but I am not sure what else we could have done to understand and address his concerns. Furthermore, his statement about us refusing to limit future trespassing is contradictory to his own statement above and is blatantly false.

    Thank you,

    Redeux Developments
