    From the very beginning June 21, 2024 *********************** owner of five J construction was hired by me to replace my roof, skylights, gutters, or anything that the roof needed to get replace from the hail storm. First he told me to send him ******* for the material that would be use for the entire roof. Also another 2800 for labor and permit. He hasnt provided a receipt of how much it cost till this day. After I sent him the money he kept saying he was going to come and bring the material it took him a few days before he did. When he arrive they started taking apart my roof all the shingles were off and also my solar panels. When Strip the entire roof off they didnt come back after 1 week and 5 days to just start on the half of my garage. After that day **** and his crew never showed up after saying the truck broke down. I kept calling him texting him to see what was going on and all he kept saying was dont worry about it its going to get done. Days pass and he never showed up and one day a whole different company came back that was Contacted on ******** to look at my roof. I clearly told the new company that I had paid **** all the money I got from my insurance. The *** told me Im sorry but your going to have to pay me ******* dollars to finish your roof and that doesnt included the skylights. At the end of the day **** doesnt want to refund me the money because he states that I been over compensated when at the end he never finish my roof. The person who finish my roof was a whole different *** name **** that I paid separately to do what **** left which was the entire house which was 95%. It was left unprotected when it was raining and I had to go to homedepot to buy plywood
