1 starBEWARE!!!!! The technician showed up and indicated the repair on my garage would take 3 or 4 men and the cost would be extra. He required money up front for parts (did not have parts in his vehicle) The price quoted was different than the invoice sent in an app. There was a default on the with an automatic "Tip". I called another company. The other company showed up and one guy fixed it for a fraction of what they quoted. When the job was complete I gladly paid for it.Review fromRichard B

1 starIn April 2022 I paid $850 to replace a garage door spring and a garage door drum. The repairs were to include a 3 yr. warranty. I received no copy of the Warranty or any stipulations regarding the warranty. In Sept. 2022 my garage door would not close and the cable frayed on the pulley. I called the company on a Sunday for an emergency service call. I was told they couldn't respond till Monday, then said they couldn't come till Tuesday, then on Tuesday they said they couldn't come till Wednesday. Meanwhile in order to secure entry to my home and secure my tools and belongings in the garage I had cut the cables in order to drop the door. The company than said this action made my 3 yr. Warranty VOID. I contacted them numerous times by phone and even by email asking to speak with the owner of the company. They repeatedly promised call backs but they have never responded. Additionally when I tell other reputable vendors the amount I paid for what was initially done to repair the door they are astounded at the cost. I would not recommend that anyone use or trust this company.
