Last spring (2022) we had a storm door installed on our home, by Ankmar Garage doors (****** location). Recently, we have been trying to have Ankmar come to our home to assess/service "sagging" of the storm door. This "sagging" makes the storm door bind on the threshold and makes it difficult to open and prevents locking for security. I have called and talked with the company operator on 5 occasions (9/29, 10/4, 10/7, 10/18 and 11/4) to arrange for a visit, contacted our sales representative twice and have had absolutely no response from anyone. I completed a 1 star review on the BBB website and still have had no response. We purchased this storm door based on positive company reviews and prior purchase of their garage door product.Business response
