      I am a tenant here in *************, **. Our lease is up. The realtor has been showing the apartment for future renters. We have allowed him. The 1 time I cannot, he treated me as nasty. This realtors name is ************************* and works for Remax. He has also sent me picture of him kissing his girlfriend. He has treated us really bad. He is very unprofessional. I have a 2 year old and he has come in to take pictures and they are not up on the AD for rental. He came in here for nothing. He is very nasty. He speaks down on people. And its worse that he sends gross pictures to his tenants. I am not sure why he will be sending me pictures of him and his girlfriend kissing when we were speaking about the rental agreement. He failed to even acknowledge if he accidentally sent it or not.

      This complaint is about ************************* and ********************* at Remax in in ********* and ***** did not show up at my house showing because she knew she had to show up with receipts repairs were done and she did not shouldve walked away from the cell, but that was the only thing it was available at the time. Bought me a home warranty and she promised me everything being fixed could not fix it because did not have any receipts and the home warranty company is no good. I spent good money on this warranty company and had to pay them hundred dollars for them to come out and say theres nothing wrong. I did file a complaint against them too. The ** three calls on the ** they were supposed to replace it and yes, I would like to have a reimbursement on the **. I have to repair and ***** the supervisor at Remax. She hired someone did half of the work it was supposed to be done and her words was now you have a receipt you can fix it yourself and now I have to replace my ** my hot water heater my watering system my stove. I never got receipts for and it goes on and on.

      After my alcoholic brother used undue influence on my father who had a stroke to gain executorship hired remax. I am an heir of ********************************** 1) remax undervalued the house by ***** ft. It's a 2500 square foot house. They listed it at 1500 square feet.2) somebody forged my name to sell the house. *************************** the lawyer for remax said "******** has the right to sign my name". I said no you don't that's forgery in the first degree. 3) I've been completely canceled out from the court, and any real estate transactions. My brother *************************** is non compos mentis from decades of drinking and does not know what he's doing other than stealing and breaking things. I was not heard early on and I'm being canceled out. This is genocide on top of treason. Sincerely, ***********************

      I'm reviewing the probate file now. There's so many problems which I was trying to address very early on but I was ignored and canceled out by the court and the judge.

      1) ********************************************************************* was undervalued by a thousand square feet

      2) *************************** had stated that somebody can sign my name in **************. He did not show me the law. It's forgery in the first degree.

      They are running a online advertising a parcel of land that is landlocked but are claiming they is easement through my property there is no easement I told them there was not Now I have all kinds of people trespassing across my property

      2/7/2024. Business is Remax Leading Edge [******************************************************************, **************]. Agent (******************************, License #**********, I.D. #*********** was attempting to force us to sign an agreement that we did not want to sign. He became aggressive on the phone when we were asking questions. He said he would take our home off the list and was not responsive to our questions. He does not have our interests in mind despite this being a requirement. We wish to terminate our selling agreement with this company with no penalties since they are acting unethically and in violation of our state law.

      I have submitted numerous requests to REMAX to have my home removed from the REMAX website. I want my address, pictures of my home, maps of my home, details about my home all removed from the website. This is for my family's safety. My home was not listed for sale with REMAX and they refuse to remove this listing.******************************************************************************************************************************** I am the homeowner.

      I hired Remax to sell my home. The ******* INDIANS bring people here to wonder on my property without booking appointments. Today I see this ***** walking around my home right at my windows. I got no text or email that they wanted to do a showing today. I thought she was trying to break in. I flew out the door ready to kill. They scared the c*** out of me. They claimed they "thought" they had a booking. These brown f****** a******* almost had my hands on their throats. They are on my property. TRESSPASSING. DISGUSTING. THEY PULLED RIGHT ** IN MY DRIVEWAY, GIT OUT AND STARTED WALKING AROUND.

      *************************** at Remax Realty was the Buyers Agent for my home that sold/closed 8/17/23. ******* didnt have her client pay the $2000 for my washer and dryer as verbally agreed. ******* tried to manipulate me and stole the washer and dryer for her client by saying that since there was an overage in closing costs that I paid that couldnt be used which were returned to me, that this was my payoff for the washer and dryer set. This is not legal. The buyer had the option to use a $5000 credit towards buy down or closing and used it towards closing and in the end at escrow she used a total of $13,000 from the sale of the house out of my money. Legal wise anything extra goes back to the seller. Not to forget that *************************** stated she would come by in person on 8/16/23 and bring the $2000 on behalf of her client as she didnt want to involve escrow and write up a document stating they were purchasing aside from house. This was in text from my real estate agent and *******. In addition on 8-17-23 I let *************************** know I had to leave the house that night with Police ****** due to physical violence and domestic violence. I spoke with the real estate agent ********************************* from ******************************************* and *************************** and was advised I would be able to arrange a time to pick up my brand new 43 smart tv, beautiful mirror, some clothes in a box and my prescription $700 raybans I use after my LASIK surgery. This was on a Friday, and the New Owner of the house was having mover bring stuff later that weekend. Instead my items were stolen. I drove by the house and my phone is pairing Via Bluetooth to the ********** thats at the house that the new owner is lying about and it has my personal information/banking. I was ignored and my items stolen! ********************************* took an extra $20,000 commission: She told me her cut was after the loan was paid off from the $125,000 not off of the $549,000. I also never received a amortization, I was told Id get $90,000

      Hi ,I am ************************* , from ***** , I have paid your Subscription Fees on July 2022 , but till now neither agreement done by your ****** Counter Part nor they are cooperating with me. Already Re/Max Name is spoiled in ***** by these people due to unethical practices , you can go through all the reviews on social media , I was also not ready to join Re/Max after reading these negative reviews by earlier ******************* , ********************** in *****, but since Re/Max name is reputed name worldwide i took a chance to join, but my experience in las one year is not different than whatever i read in ************ Reviews i read. Request you to help in getting my annual subscription amount as soon as possible else , i will have to raise the issue on social ******************** court in India. Please look in to the matter on priority.

      ******************************* state agent for Re/Max ********* ** *****. Listed a home $35000 over the value. She also declined a back offer if the home appraised for less. The Sellers werent happy about it. But theres always a chance to redeem yourself. ******* continues to go from being lazy to embarrassing herself. After the temporary occupancy the house wasnt cleaned, no Air Conditioning upstairs. Over and over shes sending me the A/C invoice and warranty. If she would take the time to review the dates of the invoice she would see no service within the past 45 days has been provided. She harassed me for 3 days after the close date moved from Monday to Thursday. She is unethical she deceived her clients and did NOT honor the signed agreement. Trees, and bushes were not cut back, not clean, no a/c service.
