1 starDon't buy their forklifts, this is a horrible scam. I received the worst used piece of c*** ever. The "service report" from their "hired" company was total lies. Now they are saying that all sales are final and they "might" cover some of the parts if they feel they are needed. I had a mechanic come out and the repairs exceed $7000. Every person who has tried to drive it says, "what is wrong with this thing, it shakes horrible and the forks wont lift?" I reached out to my sales rep **** and he has been ZERO help. They will be hearing form my lawyer next week.Review fromDavid F

5 starsForklift Select provided exceptional service to our organization, *********************************. We had a new federal contract with ******************************* and needed two used forklifts in good condition. We needed them by a certain date which was a short turnaround timeframe. We had less than two weeks to get the units find a freight flatbed semi and deliver from ******** to ******* at ******************. ***** ****** was our salesman, and he went above and beyond to not only find what we needed but get the freight carrier and expedite the delivery for us to meet our federal contract needs. I will definitely use Forklift Select again and call ***** ****** when I need the job done. The two forklifts we purchased are in service and working great! 1 starPurchased two used machines from these guys. One did not work and the other had thousands of hours higher on the odometer than what they claimed. Was told to have a local mechanic fix the problems and they would take care of it. But could not get any help from Forklift Select on either issue. Would never use them again.Forklift Select, LLC

We're very sorry to hear you had any sort of issues regarding either of your lifts ******************. After further review, I see the last correspondence you had with your rep was on 5/15/23 where he asked you to send a repair estimate to our warranty department. We have zero record of ever receiving that email with the repair estimate or any response after the last message was sent from ***. In fact, we have texted you 5 times since then and not once have you responded. We're happy to help but zero assistance from you makes that nearly impossible.
