We hired A Plus Hardwood Floors to refinish our existing red oak flooring, and install a new section of the same flooring.We have experienced a seemingly endless flow of problems with our flooring, including uneven color, finish, filler, etc. and now some of the boards they installed have started to buckle.On top of this they have been unprofessional and even rude in just about all of our communications. The only time they were professional was during the sales process. They went on the attack as soon as we started to point out any is***s needing resolution.The lack of quality control and is*** resolution, in addition to their aggressively rude and threatening communication (they threatened to *** for final payment, before resolving any is***s), and lastly the delays they created for our project have cost us dearly, both financially and emotionally.We need to move into our home asap and they have stopped answering our calls, emails, and text messages.We are not confident in their willingness or ability to resolve the remaining is***s, and will likely need to hire another company.
