    the products which were shown on their website, what i ordered IS NOT what they shipped. it was a ************** the hoodies were described as being cable knit, what was shipped was cheap flammable nylon mesh "photo" hoodies, CONSIDERABLY a lesser, cheaper, inferior product completely NOT what was promised. photos show what i though i was getting and the pic under it shows what was received. TOTALLY SCAMMED

    ************************** appears to be a fraudulent online clothing company. They advertise high-quality knitted sweaters on their website and social media, but what customers actually receive is the exact opposite Details:In September I placed an order after seeing ads for beautifully knitted sweaters. (My order confirmation attached also describes this as a knitted sweater) However, what I received was completely different, a cheap, thin, printed polyester sweatshirt that does not match the product images or descriptions in any way.After receiving the wrong item, I attempted to contact the company multiple times, but there is no valid phone number or customer service contact. The phone number listed goes unanswered, and the website offers no legitimate method to reach a support representative.Upon searching online, I found numerous TikTok videos and reviews from other customers reporting the exact same experience. hundreds of people describing being scammed by **************************. Many show side-by-side comparisons proving the difference between what was advertised and what was delivered. Never onnce has anyone actually received a knitted sweater from this seller, they instead send printed t-shirts or alternative products.Desired Resolution:I am requesting a full refund for the misleading and incorrect items sent. In addition, I urge the BBB to investigate ************************** for false advertising and potential fraudulent business practices to prevent more consumers from being scammed.I've attached my order confirmation that inlcudes a photo and description of what I order (knitted sweater) and I've attached an image of what I received.(printed sweatshirt)
