      This company is very misleading with the way they word everything to do with leads. An 'accepted' lead is not one you've called, landed and a job you've accepted. It's ANY lead they send you. This is just a scam of a marketing ploy so that businesses think they only pay for leads that end in accepted jobs. In reality you're paying a yearly fee AND for every lead you're sent - whether it results in work or not. The wording is intentionally misleading. This company is nothing but a money pit for small businesses. If you're a small business and don't charge an arm and a leg for your services, it means you have to take an exorbitant amount of leads - all of which you're still paying for - just to hope you can land enough work to pay the company back. The lead fee is based on 10% of what they calculate the job should cost, but they never tell you - as the business - the estimated value of the job. If you charge less than they estimate then you could be paying 25% or even more of the total job in the lead fee. It also means if the work you specialize in often leads to lots of smaller lower paying jobs, you lose money faster - since you need more leads to get your required amount of work and are paying for every one of those additional leads. Instead of 3 or 4 large jobs paying the cost back, you may need ***** small jobs. Which means dozens more leads each month - all of which you pay for. By the time I realized this - less than a week in - and asked for a refund on my account, they told me very coldly that even if it was misleading with the representatives I spoke to, they would not offer a refund. Don't let the new name label of **** fool you into thinking this is a respectable community type of company. It's a big business out to pray on small business that are only just getting started

      Terrible company. Do not use them as a contractor. they say you'll get 1000 leads for 750$ and i got maybe 40, what you actually get are 1000$ "WORTH" of leads that aren't worth squat or are completely fake. they charge 157$ for an opportunity (maybe outside your coverage area) whether you get the lead or not if you "show interest" but give you no number or way of contacting the customer. i spent almost a 1000$ dollars and did 3 jobs for them totaling under 300$. This platform is a complete scam, do not use them. they should to be investigated, the way they conduct business is criminal and people should know. they also should be prosecuted.
