  Worst customer care I have experienced. I wanted to grow my small landscaping business so I used Angi leads formerly known as home advisor to reach more leads. I was disappointed in the leads I was getting and wanted to cancel. It was at that point I was told it would cost more than $,1000 to cancel. They said I had agreed to that when I signed up but I never did actually say I agree. I only said yes to a background check. Now I either pay $4000 for leads that dont bring me any money or $1000 for nothing. Never use Angi leads for anything other than throwing money away.

  Sub contractor trying to separate from angi, the worst company I have ever dealt with, ****** fee for garbage leads. I have to protect my funds and change my checking account, I need the ******************** to step in to help me get them shut down, biggest scammers since ****** ******

  Had a service agreement with Angi Leads for a while and paid every month on time. We wanted to pause our ads for a few month period to put our marketing dollars towards something else and see how it went. I reached out in March multiple times and was always told on the phone that we needed to reach out to our account **** I contacted him via email multiple times and never received a response. Finally after paying an additional two months - we stopped payment with our bank. It had been weeks and we couldn't get any answers or help. And wouldn't you know it, as soon as we stopped payment, we were flooded with auto emails and voicemails. We emailed back and called multiple times and asked them to contact us on a different phone number and not the one on our account. They never did. We scheduled a meeting via Calendarly like they requested, and they never called us during our scheduled appointment time. Now we are being threatened by them that they plan on sending us to collections. I would NOT recommend working with them! They only communicate when you stop paying.

  Angis had randomly called me in the morning, not really realizing who it was. They explained everything and I was interested but not committed. They send over information and all that. And one of them seemed to be a contract? Nothing that I remember checking off and signing but I did. I keep asking them to send over a copy but I am not receiving it. They ask for a card on file, but Im also stating that Im not committing to it and they just have it in case Im ready. No should have even given my card information. I see a charge and I contact them. I want to cancel I was never ready to commit and activate my account. They are now forcing a $1700 fee for me to cancel. And are refusing to refund when I even clearly stated in a message it was not something I was ready to commit to.

  Obnoxious calls, Money hungry company, bad for business, not trustworthy, scammers, liars, pushy, bullies, threatening to charge card in file if I wasnt interested why is my card on file they say. Be extra careful and report them asap.

  As a new contractor jus starting out I signed up for angies leeds only to be bombarded with ***** in less than a week only to be told 2 weeks in thT I have been given 65 leads and owing angies leeds $6500. Trying to get this resolve only to be given the run around by customer services who keep telling me to call up the leeds for them to pay me in order to ensure that angies leeds get paid. They are a bully not suitable for small businesses as the leeds only keep saying they're only looking quotes or they already have a contractor. No they are sending collecting agency after me to collect **** on services they didn't provided as how could I as a small business do 65 jobs in 2 weeks most if not all are complete renovations. Now no one want to address this unfair charge that being imposed on me threatening to add to my credit if I don't pay up. After seeing the charges in less than 2 weeks after I sign up I chose to close the account yet they keep sending ***** but refuse to dissolve the fine impose on me for there bombardment of leeds when my monthly leeds cap when I sign up was set at $400 but yet still they want to charge me $6500 in 2 week.. I would not recommend small business to sign up for there tricks..

  It was great when it was Angi's List. Now it is just called Angi. My Kenmore washing machine broke down around the end of October. I called Angi and told them to send me someone who could look at my machine and hopefully fix it. On Oct. 9th, 2022 they sent out a person who went by the name **************** had to pay Angi $234.40 just for him to look at my machine and hopefully repair it. ***** came out and he was on time. He looked at my machine and he drained it. Than he told me that he could get me refurbished parts for $536.52. I trusted this guy because his company was vetted by Angi. I wrote him a check. Check was cashed and I never saw him again. I tried calling him at the number i was given. and it just went to a machine. I wanted to file a civil lawsuit. Angi refused to give me the name of the company this guy worked for because they said it was PRIVATE. So, I gather ANGI doesn't support their customers especially if they get scammed. I'm a single parent to a young daughter with special needs. I ended up buying a new machine (which will take me some time to pay off). I would like to get my money back... just don't know what to do now.
