He worked with us for an entire year of planning through design changes, discontinued materials, and extreme amounts of anxiety on our part, and always stayed positive, patient, and in problem solving mode, no matter what was thrown at him. Never did he make us feel like he was frustrated even though we bombarded him with tons of emails and phone calls throughout! **** and his Crew Chief **** are so nice to work with. **** was at our site almost every single day for 5 weeks during the build making sure everything ran smoothly and there were no hiccups. **** and his crew are true artisans and masters of their trade! The guys created an absolutely beautiful patio that includes lighting, electrical outlets in the walls, a water feature, water lines under the tile for patio plants, and a radiant heating system to keep the snow and ice off our path in the winter.
