I had questions regarding my bill. I left a voice-mail on December 27th and recieved a call at 8:33am on the 28th telling me to contact my insurance to get a refernce number. I have tried to get in touch with the billing department to speak to someone "real-time" for the last 21 days and have been unsuccessful. I then receive a bill that says " This is a final notice, Unless paid at once the account will be turned over to collections". The bill is ony for $44.68 so its not the ammount money that's the problem...its the service. I will never go back...NICE JOB BILLING DEPARTMENT....NICE JOB!

I saw them for an auto accident. I was initially treated with physical therapy, but that increased my neck pain. I then wanted to follow the directions of a chiropractor I know and use the decompression table for a few weeks, then get adjusted for a few weeks, and then return to physical therapy. I was told that I would have to treat with chiropractic if I wanted to continue to utilize the decompression table and so I agreed. I concluded treatment and when my case was starting to settle I was shocked to hear that I owed MVPC nearly $7,000.00. I asked the paralegal who was assigned to my case why the **** was so high when I said that I only wanted chiropractic care covered by a lien. I was told that my PT units had run out in October which is when I said I would no longer treat with PT because it increased my neck pain. I was also told that I treated with NPs and a doctor who were out of network hence the high ****. I have ********* It is not legal to pass on a **** to a ******** member for covered services. I was never informed that providers were out of network and even if I had been informed it is still unlawful to **** me for an out of network provider at an in network facility. Then I was told that there were outstanding PT bills because my units ran out. Some of the outstanding bills are from my initial PT evaluation. These crooks just didnt **** timely and want to pass it onto me. ******** in billing keeps telling the counsel handling my case that I agreed to a lien for chiropractic, PT, and the out of network NPs and MD. But, the lien that I signed actually states that it was for chiropractic. Then when I decided to take a better look at the chiropractic bills I saw that I was charged for electrical stimulation, hot/cold packs and code ***** which is manipulation of an area other than the spine. Those charges are listed at nearly every visit even though I only had e stim and hot/cold packs once while waiting for chiro because the roller bed was in use.
