            I went Lolo rugs 4 months ago to find a rug for my bedroom. I took a bathroom rug with me to match the colors with my existing bathroom rug. I selected several rugs. The store agreed to bring to my house for evaluation. They arrived. I selected one rug as being an excellent color match but it was the wrong size. The salesman explained that they could have the rug made in any size that would be exactly the same as the one that I was looking at. I asked them to order a rug in an 8 x 12 instead of the 8 x 10. I gave them a check as a deposit on the future rug. They told me to keep the top small rug until the new rug arrived. The rug did arrive and was brought to my house. It was the wrong color. My wife was there alone at the time. ***** the owner became verbally abusive and threatened my wife that she had to keep it. My wife was in tears. ***** belittled my wife. He demanded the rest of the money. He left and left the unwanted rug behind. I can not reach him. He wont return calls
