    I do not have any more information than what Ive already provided, which is the address and phone number. Budget blinds in Denver, ******** installed them. It is the quality that I am having a problem with that needs to be addressed.

    Due to the size of customers sliding door, she needed two shades to cover the window. The shades were butted together, which created about a 1 gap between the shades. The gap is lined up with the mullion in the window to give the customer more privacy but she let us know she was not happy with the light gap. She is comparing the shades to another brand that hangs in other windows in her home that were purchased and installed by the previous homeowner a very long time ago. This is a different brand. The customer believes that it is a manufacturer issue with the shades, but the manufacturer has stated that there is nothing they can do to reduce the gap between the shades.
    We have met with the customer multiple times to find a resolution including have the shades remade and offering some money back while still letting her keep the shades. She believes it is a product defect. Unfortunately there is nothing more we can do to reduce the light gap. We are now working with the manufacturer to issue a total refund and removal of the shades since the gap cannot be reduced. We are very sorry that the product has not met the customers expectations.

    These blinds are not even 5 months old and they do not close all the way. This is unacceptable. If they look like this in 5 months, what will they look like in a year? Please see pictures.

    How can this be a resolution? The BBB is supposed to help customers. Did you see the pictures? I paid over $4200 for those blinds.
