    My order # NT391917 date 09-19-2023 was for transport of an Audi A6 and a Lexus RX350 for pickup and delivery from ******** to **** ********** DOOR to DOOR. Both cars where picked up at my first address but delivered more than a mile away from my second address in Napa., because the large transport truck could not come to my Napa address (streets to narrow).My first address is in court so they used a small transporter for pickup. The new delivery address should have provided the same delivery method. Evidentially, a smaller truck could have been an addition cost to them, but wasn't.I paid full price door to door but didn't receive that service. I would expect a price adjustment, I called their representative but got the run around saying it could not be helped and a price adjustment would not be made.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They lost my license plate and refused to reimburse me with the $150 it cost me here to get a new license plate. I paid them $1,000 to ship my car!! Absolutely rude staff, and when you call them they give you absolutely unprofessional service.

    SCAM!! Absolutely a sham and incredibly rude staff! I found this company online and was originally quoted around $1200 to have my car shipped half way across the country. I had made the booking weeks from the date I had scheduled to have it picked up. They told me that they would contact me days before the pick up date to let me know what time they would be picking it up. The day before my car was supposed to be picked up I still havent received a call from them so I contacted them. The gentleman on the phone was very short with me and told me that he did not know when they would find a driver for my car even though I had booked for a specific day. I asked him what should I do and the man, who kept cutting me off to hang up the phone, just told me to wait. I made it clear to him that I picked this specific day to ship it because I need it by a certain date. He then said they would call me in 2-3 hours. After 4 hours of waiting I called them back and the lady on the phone was also cutting me off like she didnt want to speak with me. She still didnt have an answer and said someone will call me back. I let her know that I wasnt waiting another day and then she decided that someone would call me back in 3 minutes. The third phone call I was on with them was also with a woman who was very rude. She kept talking over me and telling me that she could ship my car a day after my original booking and that it would cost me an extra $600. I said absolutely not especially after I was given a confirmed booking with a locked in price. The lady kept saying theres nothing she can do and that I just have to wait. I told them I will find another business to ship my car and hung up. Not even an hour later I kept receiving calls, emails and texts saying they suddenly found a shipper to take my car. NO THANK YOU! It sounds like they will do whatever they can to take any money they can from a customer. Who knows what they would of done to my car after this circus.
