Horrible horrible service!!!! Every time I take the car, after repair there is always something else wrong with it, what a coincidence!! I took it to change rotors and brakes and they left it much worse for me and they didn't want to repair it anymore. In other words, they wanted to charge more. My mom was left with the car on the street all day yesterday and night. No one answered the phone since 5pm yesterday (they close at 7), no one felt the need to call her to let her know that no one did anything to her car, no one checked it, no one touched it and the car stayed all night in a parking lot that is not theirs!! We will never take our vehicles there again, we have a lot of time with them but you can see that Alex ******* does not care and does not check his employees. They are just stealing people's money and delivering the cars with problems that they didn't have and what they fix makes them WORSE. According to what they do, they give you the box of the parts you brought but the truth is that I don't think they will use them anymore, they put used parts and keep the new ones you bought. The truth is, don't spend your money here!! Go somewhere else, or if you are going here, make sure that your problem was fixed correctly. ****** wife is a despot, the lady is bad people and apart from everything she doesn't know anything about cars and they still let her be giving repair prices.
