They are COMPLETE FRUADS and you should not trust your vehicle or car with them. They had my car for 2 years and when I finally got my car back it broke down on me on the way home from the shop. Over the last year and a half I have text messages from the owner stating things like YOUR BILL IS PAID IN FULL and we are just waiting to get it on the dyno, it will be done in 2 weeks, still waiting on parts etc. None of which was true. I have statements of fraud from the owner ********. Back in August of 2020 I got a call from them saying "hey we are short on payroll this month can you finalize your payment and we will get your car done in two weeks" I agreed to do so and then over the course of 8 months I was charged for parts they already had that I gave them and they threw away invoices and changed invoices so that they could get more. Still didn't get my car until April 27th 2021. The car was no where near completed from what was originally discussed and I have statements and witnesses that can confirm from 2 years ago what was discussed and valued in the ORIGINAL invoice. Speaking of invoices I NEVER received a true invoice from the company after asking over text and repeatedly in person then finally when the car was actually being worked on I all of a sudden had all these extra expenses creating lots of RED flags. They kept and also lost a lot of parts that I was charged for shown on the invoices. They also lost my car a buyer because they said the car would fully be completed and it never was. I am having the car inspected by another company that has been around for 20 plus years and has a lot more experience on my vehicle. This new company will be running test and looking over all the diagnostics which mind you cost 200 dollars an hour and what ever they find is incorrect will have to be redone I will have to be charged more for actually getting the car done properly which in return it should be paid by ICRAVEBOOSTPERFORMANCE but knowing my experience with them they will say "oh that not my fault," "we never did that" when yes you did. My car was in your hands for 2 years and it was a shell with a blown motor in it. This company is the only one that has worked on my car until this new shop I took it to so yes what ever you did to my vehicle is your responsibly and you could have killed me or anyone else with what happened when I took it home. The choice is yours ICP to do the right thing cop up to your mistakes pay for what needs to be done and give me the money back that your Fraudulently charged me for.
